He said that he was suing Feng Alix and her manager for defamation (taking his photo without permission and used it to make a post that was harmful to his reputation) and invasion of privacy, which is a crime punishable by 6 months of imprisonment and paying a fine of $1000.

He made an exception and asked her to pay $10,000 if she didn't want to go to prison.

Fu Hua released a second statement, which summarized in detail what transpired between them.

'I went to the hospital to visit Alix as per her request for one reason. Because we had unfinished private matters she wanted to talk about. I considered the fact that she had an accident, and went to see her. But since she decided to take things too far for reasons best known to her, she has to pay for it.'
