Capítulo 80: The New King

The great hall of the Golden Draconian Palace was full of life. There were so many people crammed together as the sand on a beach. "The coronation rite is about the bond between the people. Your king means everything to you as you mean to him," said the Grand Auspex. The crowd cheered. There were banners and flowers, and the people were all excited.

The inside was filled with lords, ladies, and other noble families, while those of the lower classes were outside of the palace, filling the inner courtyard and even beyond the gates. The new king walked forward through a crowd of cheering people, towards the front of the room. A group of men and women were standing in the stands wearing beautiful suits and fancy dresses, while on the stage, five men played their musical instruments. Terix walked up to the platform where his father was waiting.
