Capítulo 30: Threat
Su Yuxin was just walking carefreely looking around the stalls to see if she could find any useful items. She already had a hugest harvest from underground market. But she was still searching if she could find any good stuffs.
As she was walking, suddenly a mysterious person appeared in front of her through thin air.
Su Yuxin was shocked but kept her calm.
She jumped and moved backward three steps away from him. She then pulled out a dragger from her sleeve and waited for him to make his first move.
The mysterious person eyes widened.
'This person reflex is really fast and smooth. He didn't even panic.'
Then he slightly bowed his head.
"Young Master, our lord wants to meet you. So I came to inform you. Please don't be startled."
Su Yuxin narrowed her eyes and sneered. She didn't dare to keep her dragger away. She couldn't trust anyone. What if it was just another strategy to let her guard down then make a move on her?
"I don't even know your so called lord. How would I know that it isn't a trap for me and I'm not a cow waiting to be slaughtered huh?"
The mysterious person mouth twitched a little.
"Don't worry , young master I will protect your life and let you walk out safely. But our lord temper is bad. If he get to know you rejected my offer, he might do something extreme. So please follow me to meet him."
Su Yuxin scoffed.
'It is straight threat to follow him or the consequences would be dire. Doesn't matter, I will meet this so called lord. And if he means any harm to me, I won't mind finishing him off'.
Su Yuxin smirked.
"Lead the way!"
Su Yuxin said in a lazy tone.
The mysterious person lead her to the center of the underground market, toward a huge building.
Zhen Xi Auction House, the biggest auction house where most of the treasures are auctioned. All the things auctioned here are top-notch items sought by thousands or millions of cultivators.
They walked inside the auction house.
The manager of the auction house welcomed them.
Manager Li probed the mysterious cloak person from down to up and looked at the shadow guard and asked.
"Is it him who lord wants to meet?"
"Yes, it is."
Then, Manager Li nodded his head.
"Young Master, I will be lead you to the room where my lord is."
Su Yuxin just glanced at Manger Li and ignored him.
Manager Li gave an awkward smile and then lead them both to the room.
He lightly knocked on the door.
"My Lord, your subordinate and the mysterious person is here."
There was no reply from the other side.
Su Yuxin yawned lazily.
"Did you bring me here to waste my time?"
Just as Su Yuxin said ,there was noise from the other side.
"Come in."
A deep yet chilling voice rang out outside from the room. The voice was low yet commanding. The voice was magnetic that it was still echoing in everyone's ears.
Su Yuxin just raised her eyebrow and followed them inside.
