Shekansha picked the smooth feather and held it in her hands. 

"When you are divining, you should understand that it is not as simple as having a personal item. You must direct the energy in the item to the object which you intend to use for your foresight. In our case, we are going to use this vanity mirror. This method is known as captromancy." She said. 

Aisling walked up and stood beside Shekansha before the dresser. She looked at the feather and sensed strong aura energy from it. The aura seemed a little corrosive as if it had a certain poisonous quality to it. She did not need to guess to know its owner. 

That aura was unmistakably Samiel's. She wondered why Shekansha was keeping a feather belonging to the demi-angel, but she did not ask.

"How do you harness the residue energy in objects for use in divination?" She asked. 

Aisling knew how to dispel the breath left on objects, but she did not know how to hold it.
