Let's rewind back a day.

Fatima and Mary landed at the Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, the main international airport of the Netherlands. They then took a train from the country's capital to Hague, its administrative centre and seat of power.

Interestingly enough, Hague is seen by some as the de facto capital of the country, though the official capital of the country still remains Amsterdam.

Most famously, city of The Hague hosts both the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court.

This made the city an interesting choice of residence considering the black stain on the resume of the man the two Alpha Squad ladies were going to meet.
