the chapter 7-9 is wrong novel. Chapter 7-9 is novel "archmage : god-level modified". please fix it. i hope read the true chapter of this novel.
Translator showed that he doesnt give a f about this novel by adding 3 chapters from totally different novel and not changing it for more than a month
This is such a nice system story, I wish webnovel would pick this trial read book. Good use of the need to meet certain requirements to do something else.
I stopped trusting English language when my teacher said "Give her her pen" was correct yet "Give him him pen was incorrect"............... ...........
Ok, this story is just too cliche. The author just tries too hard to make it funny. It's not even original. MC is an idiot who relies on the system for everything.

Pretty good for an occasional read when your mains are not updated. It's average but better than some of the trial reads out there. Those missing chapters from 7-9 really mess up the novel, which is rather unfortunate. If it gets fixed (which it probably won't) then it would probably be a solid 3 or 4 stars.
Well, I wouldn't say much regarding the chapter problem that everyone saying.. But I will focus on the system itself. It actually didn't have difference at all. No matter how he nerf and revamp it back and make it nerf again, up and down, the magic is still.. Sigh.. Why am I saying all this? I don't recommend this.

Well this is another horrible chinese novel interpreted in to others by the translator... Read at your own caution... It's bad.. specially the character development... it's literally trash...

supprisingly good novel in same genres.but translation quality is poor. We feel missing between paragraphs. one of the main issue is missing chapter 7;8;6 but skipping these chapters didint make big blackout. even these problems I still recommend this book. please try if you love mystery+system+magic
Feels like a bunch of writers wrote 10 different stories, and then rolled dice for each chapter to select from one of the 10 storylines. In short, this is the literary (and I use the term very loosely) version of fruit custard. All mixed up, soggy and unexciting. 😐👎🏽
This is just soooo stupid. A system which allows the MC to learn any spell he sees and upgrades them automatically. And spells have a mind of their own? Literally half of some chapters is just MC did something, spell did something, MC comments, other spell does something, MC comments and decides to change his behaviour, spell reacts...... This is beyond increasing word count and stupid systems, this is despicable. In short, MC too OP, so OP in fact that he could become a God by sleeping and he literally has not a single reason to not just laze around until it has happened. Characters are also messed up. I mean elderly guardian of speel repository and the dean of the magic academy are literally random NPCs the MC jokes around with and even makes fun of. MC also has no agency.

Webnovel is getting worst day by day, Chap 7,8,9 was from another novel, man, there was also some novels with messed up chapters where the chapters are mixed up.... hayz..
Ehh, this is not about magic. It's about system that make use of magic (if you look for any lv of deep magic concepts forget it). This novel is 100% about face slapping and plot armor. TQ: 5 (for naw its 5) SoU:5 for naw its 5) SD:2 -> i dropped it at 8chapter its a pointless (0story potential) CD: 2 ->mc spells have more character then people in this novel. WB:1.5 -> author is too lazy to build anything its just copy of cultivation face slapping just with magic(and its not really a magic its just system).
Honestly the summary is what attracted me, but starting on even the first chapter it has horrible character development. But I kept reading and it didn't get any better and just got worse. There is no character or world development. Honestly a really disappointing novel, would not recommend to read it.

this novel premise is quite good, I will say that, but ch 7-9 are from another novel entirely, I think it was the one with the mage modifier where he gains maxed stats. anyways this is foolery and the story just keeps going to ch 10 with no explanation how we got there. nice one webnovel, you greedy f***ks
I add this book last month in my library but couldn't rate it for unknown reason and the book doesn't load. I was hoping it get pick guess it does now. It got an interesting plot which I liked very much. I've been for this to upload it chapters. My wait is not in vain. haha good good!![img=recommend]
