The sun started to set while Jing Jing also set forth to execute her goal. She exited their company and walked a few steps away when out of nowhere, customers started to whisper around. She was recognized warmly by most of the customers who were gathering outside. However, they were suppressing the volume of their voices and were reluctant to call her.
"Ms. Jing Jing, hello!" one middle-aged female finally waved a hand and beamed at her. Her voice was louder than the whispers around them.
Jing Jing turned and faced in her direction. The woman was not her acquaintance. But, with her previous job, she was already used to citizens calling her in public. She slightly bowed her head and returned a small smile to the woman.
This one shout from the woman caused everyone to look at Jing Jing. Soon after, people were chatting their greeting and compliments to her.
"Ohh... Ms. Jing Jing, I haven't seen you on TV these days! I miss watching your news and scope!"
