Capítulo 90: THE 17TH ACCOUNT: THE LAST OF LABYRINTH? 4
It was a two day ride south before we reached our destination. Carla explained to me that the second part of Jacob's plan was to seek shelter in Francua's embassy at Beckforth. I asked about what happened to Labyrinth but they too were unaware.
"We just received a letter from Jacob asking us to assist you escape Fildas, together with the package for you," Monika explained.
Carla nodded, "In the letter it says to make sure to accompany you to the embassy. Someone will be waiting for us there and will explain to us Jacob's plans further."
"We are here," the driver told us.
I looked forward and saw the gates of the embassy opened for us. It was a manor but heavily guarded and the guards wore Francuan colored-coats. I sighed in contentment. I felt like I could breathe again.
When we dismounted, we were met by the ambassador, "We have to get in right away. There are Beckforth spies everywhere."
