Capítulo 130: Shots on shots

"Hello, Carmen?" I call out as I turned the doorknob and made my way inside my family's Mansion.

It has been months since I have been here.

"Carmen?" I call out again. I was expecting her to welcome me with her infamous ginger tea. She might be in her room.

"Hello cousin.," Alice says as she walks down the stairs.

As she draws closer to me I noticed her hands were at her back like a strict principal walking down the hallway of a high school.

That's weird.

I smiled. "Where is Carmen?"

"She is visiting her family in Virginia."

I slowly nod. I got nervous seeing the odious look on Alice's face.

"We need to have a long talk, April." Gone was the sweet nice tone she is fond of using whenever she is addressing me. Her voice sounded cold like ice.

Could she still be angry with me?

I gulped. "Where is the beautiful gowns, fashion genius." I jested to lighten up her mood. But Alice's cold expression remains the same.
