It's true Gu YuChen said these words however he too felt that his desire for Su Ning was becoming more and more uncontrollable by the day. It was beyond comprehension. He was like a dog in heat when he was around her. A slight touch of her hand and whisper from her lips was enough to arouse him. As such, he decided to relegate himself to work entirely. Though he had initially complained that Su Ning had been spending entirely too much time with Gu Yan, Gu YuChen began to avoid Su Ning whenever they were at home alone together. It was all too embarrassing for him. He just hoped Su Ning would be too engrossed with interacting with Gu Yan to notice the difference. 

But Gu YuChen was mistaken.
