Capítulo 81: Chapter 47 (A)

We had our summer holidays right after the results. I topped Literature, Mathematics, and Business. Yeah I know weird combinations of subjects but who cared. I loved all the subjects and I topped.

I was so ready for my senior year or what you can call a second year of lower 6th. I couldn’t wait for high school to be over so I could enjoy the journey of university. The only thing that was making me sad and dreading the senior year was that Mateo had graduated from high school. He was going to university and we wouldn’t be able to see each other for days.

But I was happy for him as well because he finally had what he was waiting for. The freedom. He could love anyone he wanted and he didn’t have to answer his parents for that. He was getting a job in the summer holidays to save enough for the university even though he was on full sports scholarship. But he just wanted to save money in case his parents cut him off if they find out he’s homosexual.
