Capítulo 80: A Really Bad Assembly

A bunch of kids screamed, others gasped, and one or two vomited. Down in the huddle of staff on the floor, teachers raised their hands to cover their mouths in shock and Mrs. Valentin fainted dead away, dropping to the floor with a melodious thud. As one of two students in attendance not shocked by the news, I feigned horror while watching Principal Bob nod his head up and down muttering something, which I'm pretty sure was the word 'foot', over and over again.

Mr. Scarantino stepped forward and placed one hand on Principal Bob's shoulder while gently prying the microphone away with the other. Sending the babbling administrator back to the throng of adults with a pat on the back, he strove to maintain order.

“Alright, people! Yes, they've only found his foot. If you need to scream, now's the time. Get it out of your system.”
