Alexander smiled bitterly and shook his head with a sigh. "I'm a member of the Steele family, and the blood of the Steeles runs in my veins. How can I sever ties with them?

"Besides, even if I want to sever ties with the family, they won't let me go.

Everyone raised their glasses. Lucas replaced Cheyenne's glass with a glass of juice before raising his own glass and drinking it.
