Capítulo 43: Familia?
As sword and spear clashed it was obvious that one was desperate to keep up, the smooth elegant strokes that carried the sword in a manner that was quick yet slow to the eye as it weaved through the air striking the spears hurriedly raised shaft
"Remain calm, emotions will be your worst enemy in the dungeon unless channeled properly" Not letting up from his continuous strikes Lumas thrusted out changing up the pattern completely
Bell watched as the sword speed to his throat the surroundings seemed to fade as some sort of primal instinct forced his body to move, his hands moved in an unusual manner as his feet went through a series of unnatural steps, this moment seemed to last a lifetime to Bell but in reality it passed with a blink of an eye…
Bell collapsed to the floor taking labored breathed as his heart raced… he never experienced anything that could be compared to what he just felt, it couldn't even be described as fear… it was beyond that. Slowly tilting his head up to Lumas he saw a smile plastering his face, seeing that he had Bell's attention Lumas spoke while handing Bell a canteen
"Remember, If you fear it there's a good reason for that. In the dungeon ALWAYS trust your instincts like you just did, this is why evading is the best defense… it's the only thing that can guarantee your life."
Taking a sip from a chilled glass of apple juice Lumas continued oblivious to the looks from Bell "Since you'll be using a halberd you already will have range on your opponent. However that will leave you helpless in close range, from now until we get to Oriaro I will teach you how to wield a short sword. I have a few laying around that may be the right length… You won't be able to to keep them however they are made with some… very costly metals" The wry smile smeared across his face as he looked at the spear said it all for Bell, the two exchanged some looks before Lumas continued
"Have you already found a Familia you would like to join?" Bell fell into deep thought before speaking "Ive heard of Loki and Freya Famila's. Hephaestus's Familia is centered around being a blacksmith and I'm no good in a forge… There's also the Apollo Familia, other than that I don't know too many of the adventurer based Familia"
Lumas smirked "You know… I happen to be on good terms with Hephaestus and Loki, I wouldn't recommend Freya." Taking another sip Lumas continued as his eyes narrowed "If your serious enough I may be able to get you a chance in Loki's Familia… But you will not receive anything from throwing my name around. You will have to work your way up the ranks yourself, you will have to make your own connections, your own parties. If I find that I went through all this trouble just for you to not give it your all…"
Lumas ended there as Yggy sounded out in his head 'You know he could just join your Familia… You kind of are a god? Well gods… ANYWAYS I'll be sleeping insect don't bother me with your little bell…'
Lumas froze as he stared at Bell, his eyes were still narrowed causing Bell to shift in his seat under the 'predatory' gaze

"Bell…" Hearing his name called out Bell looked up towards Lumas, seeing the difficult expression he became confused until Lumas spoke again
"Would you like to join my Familia?"

Ouranos was standing in front of a bloody red gem, its shape was a perfect sphere, the surface seemed as if it was formed from blood itself as it swirled around and rippled from the air, low chants were leaving Ouranos' mouth as he nearly came to the end of a forbidden spell
One that requires a sacrifice most are unwilling to give, the ability to descend… This forbidden spell will fracture its target's soul no matter how strong as long as it is in a mortal vessel… This spell was derived from a spell that was usually used when a god refused to ascend after committing horrible crimes
Seeing the black smit flood from the gen a crazed smile came to Ouranos' face as his mortal vessel began to break down, all he was waiting for now was the black mist to become motes of light signifying that the deed had been done
As his ascension progressed Ouranos began to worry, it shouldn't have taken this long for the spell to activate. He was sure that he did it to perfection… So how?!
As his mortal vessel broke away revealing a beam of golden light piercing the heavens he saw the black mist turn red… A failure… Confusion filled his mind as he was barred from entering the mortal realm...
(A/N: You, my precious readers have some things to name... I know I know I said Lumas won't be making a Familia... wait did I? *Shrugs shoulders* anyway what's your thoughts? I'll delay the next chap to give you precious reader a chance to think)
