I felt a sudden nudge on my side as the blonde girl suddenly woke me up from my deep thinking. The old man is still looking at me and it seems that he is waiting for me to act. However, it was just my fantasy to stand up for Lee Wanwan and teach that young cousin of hers a lesson.
However, I knew that if I do that, my strength would be exposed and that would cause me more headaches.
"Hey, they are bullying Sister Wanwan… You should do something about it." The blonde girl, Shi Jenny whispered beside me.
I did not want to do anything while the old man is looking; this is because I could sense some hidden power within the old man. I could even see a slight trace of Qi in his body which he seems to be able to control really well.
The young man who is talking loudly seems to have gained more confidence due to the silence of everyone around him as he suddenly lifted his voice.
"As you can see grandfather! This woman is truly a disgrace to our family! We should punish her for being too insolent and shameless and has dragged our name down…"
I could not take his words anymore as my blood is beginning to boil. The sudden change in my expression seems to have triggered something from the old man as he suddenly glared at the young man.
"Shut up!" the old man shouted.
Then suddenly within my mind, I remember what that Dongfang Lin said.
"If you knew who orchestrated this…" I knew that he is referring to something and judging from the reaction of the people in this house from seeing Lee Wanwan, I think it should be one of them.
I could not help but chuckle.
Everyone in the surroundings suddenly shifted their gazes towards my direction and look at me with glaring eyes.
"What's so funny you beggar! Get out of here! You're not welcome here." shouted the young man named Lee Baitong.
I just lifted my head and looks at the people around me. I then took out a phone in my hand and dialed a number.
Then suddenly, the phone of the middle-aged woman who was throwing sarcastic remarks towards Lee Wanwan and her mother a while ago suddenly rang.
When the middle-aged woman saw who the caller is her expression turned ugly. Everyone shifted their gaze towards her and they showed a confused look. When the old man saw her expression, he frowns.
"Who is calling?" the old man asked with a stern voice.
"It's nothing..." she said as she cut off the call.
But then suddenly her phone rang again. This time, the old man appears near her and held her hand.
"Why is Dongfang Lin calling you?" the old man said with a frown.
Suddenly, the old man answered the phone.
"So it was you… You are the one who orchestrated Lee Wanwan's kidnapping…" I casually said then cut off the call.
The old man looks at me with confused eyes. He then looks at the woman on his side. Everyone is now also looking at the woman and me with confused gazes.
"You…" she suddenly pointed towards me with a trembling hand.
"Oh, by the way, this is Dongfang Lin's phone… we took it from him," I said casually.
"And you are the last person he called… Nice... very nice… To ask someone to kidnap your own niece and rape her… What a nice aunt… Miss Lee, you have a really nice family." I said with a sarcastic tone.
"If these are my kin, I would have already buried them a long time ago…" I muttered casually while looking at the phone in my hand.
The woman's hand shook as she suddenly lets go of her phone when it suddenly rang once again.
The young man seeing the phone falling suddenly took a step forward and then step on her mother's phone breaking it into pieces.
"You cannot slander my mother!" he shouted while pointing his fingers at me.
"You are just a beggar! How dare you run rampant in our family! Guard! Tame him down!" Lee Baitong shouted.
However, this time, the old man did not maintain his silence anymore and seem to have the gist of the situation. I could see his expression turning serious and his eyes are filled with anger.
"Enough!" his shout echoed through the air and everyone covered their ears as if feeling pained.
"Hmmm… Controlled Sound Qi Attack…" I thought as I noticed the airwaves in the surroundings vibrated.
"Everyone dispersed! I don't want a word of this event going out… And you,… the both of you,… I will talk to you both later…" the old man said while glaring at the mother and son pair.
As they dispersed, the old man walks near us.
"I am sorry to display my family's shameful act… little girl from the Shi family, and this honored guest… I apologize..." the old man said with an apologetic expression.
"Grandpa Lee is too humble. It's fine…"
I just nodded my head in response.
"Wanwan, you must have suffered… This grandfather of yours is useless…" he said with a deep sigh.
"Father what are you saying? Don't be like that… I can understand why my cousin is doing this. But I don't blame you for it. It is their decision and wicked action… But we are still a family in the end… so…" Lee Wanwan's mother said with a tone of sadness.
"Young man… May I have your esteemed name?"
"I am Wei… Elder Lee, you can just call me young Wei…"
"Ah… You are young yet sensible… I admire powerful people like you who are still humble. I welcome you to the Lee family mansion. Please…" the old man said as our group walks inside.
I stayed in the Lee mansion that night and had a nice meal with Lee Wanwan and her family. Shi Jenny and her butler went home after dinner that night.
Right now, I am standing on the second-floor balcony while looking at the city landscape in front of me. It has been a year since I've last seen such scenery.
While doing so, I heard someone's footsteps walking behind me.
"Elder Lee…" I greeted.
"Hmm… I really love this sight. Ever since I was younger, I dream of living a short but good life… just like this. But as I grow old and experienced a lot of things, I now dream of having a longer and healthier life…" the old man said while looking at the cityscape.
"This world has changed a lot… the air… the atmosphere… something is changing in our world." the old man added while looking at the starry sky with a slight smile.
"Qi… right?" I said as I could somewhat get what he is talking about.
In fact, I too noticed this for a while now. The trees, the air, and the skies, everything in this world are slowly being covered with Qi.
Although in the cities, the pollution is somewhat corroding the Qi, yet in the forests and the outskirts of the city, Qi energy is getting thicker. I also noticed that the beasts in the forests are being affected by this as their growth and mutation seem to be progressing rapidly.
"You are correct… As you can see… many clans who have been practicing martial arts have already felt this… For my clan, the Lee clan, only I and a few of our elders could manipulate Qi. But I don't think it is enough… In the near future, I think this world; will become a haven for strong."
"Elder Lee… Do you mean that many people are going to be stronger than a normal human, right?"
"Yes… just like you. I think you are far stronger than you look."
I did not deny nor confirm his words.
While thinking this far, I suddenly remember the old man who helped me. If only he did not give me his Qi at that time, he might even be able to survive. But that is only my assumption.
While we are watching the surroundings and feeling the air, I suddenly picked up some strange movements from outside of the mansion walls.
"Elder Lee… I think we have some visitors…" I said with a faint smile.
"Hmm… These old bones of mine are unable to handle those people… If my young friend can help, then it would be my honor." When I heard him saying that, I almost laughed.
How could he say such a blatant lie? I know that this old fart just wanted to see me in action to gauge my strength. But how could I show him my card? I just turn around and left the terrace.
I did not use any speed or shown my strength. I just borrowed a handgun with an affixed silencer, and then silently eliminated all those people who are trying to sneak inside the mansion.
It seems that they are some people from the Dongfang family. But I did not bother with the rest of the investigation and left.
After that, I went back to my room and rested.
I decided to turn on the large flat-screen TV in my room.
From there, I have learned and discover that what the old man said is true. The world is really changing, and in just a year's time, powerful people have appeared.
As I watched and gathered information on TV, I soon caught a piece of news about City H. With interests in my eyes, I listen and focus my attention on the news. And from what I heard in that piece of news, my mind almost could not believe such a thing is actually happening.
Those people, whom I have marked and are very familiar to me because of our grudge, have appeared. And it seems that their leader Yu Bai has gained a name for himself as the most powerful man in the city.
When I saw him lifting a car, my eyes became hostile and my desire to fight was aroused.

My mind has opened up to the reality that I am not the only one who has gained the ability to be strong. It seems that ever since I gained this ability to grow the world has also changed. And this is because of the appearance of the thick Qi in the air which has slowly enveloped the whole world.
Along with the changes in the environment, I also saw in the news about the changes in the ecosystem and also the animals.
Plus many parts of the world are experiencing tremors every now and then as it seems that large masses of land are slowly appearing or even expanding.
But the most miraculous thing about this event is that the expansion is happening little by little that most of the people are actually unaware of these changes in their surroundings.
They only realize that it is actually happening, because of the news and through many of the scientists who called this phenomenon 'Rapid Planetary Growth'.
They said that the planet is actually growing in size and mass for some unknown reason.
As I watched and listened, I learned that a lot of things are actually happening and changing in this world.
My naïve thoughts of being strong enough to exact my revenge seem to have wavered a little bit. But as I look at the TV screen, I could not help but showed a smirk in my mouth.
"Is that what they call fast? Is that what they call strong?" I muttered.
I didn't know why, but I feel that these people are amazed at something really trivial. When I saw the large animals which they called monsters, I almost laughed as I have encountered far more vicious and bigger animals than those in the forest.
I also seem to have noticed that the animals in the forest did not want to go out of their own territories. It's like they prefer to be inside their own sphere than go out and invade others.
As I thought up to this point, I suddenly saw something on the news.
A young man is currently fighting against a group of thugs. And when my eyes landed on the figure which seems to be leading the thugs, anger immediately filled my body.
"Lin Ting… You… you will be the first to fall…" I muttered as I feel a strong killing intent surrounding my body.
While in this state, someone suddenly knocks on my door.
"Excuse me… Brother Wei…" a melodious voice interrupted my thoughts as I regained my calm.
I opened the door and saw Lee Wanwan wearing a loose shirt and blue denim shorts. Her perfectly shaped white legs are as smooth as a jade's surface, which can make a man want to touch it for a feel.
I immediately controlled myself and shifted my gaze towards her and saw her beautiful face, but her expression seems odd. It looks like she was in pain.
"Are you okay?" I asked showing a bit of concern towards her.
"Ugh… I… I don't know… when I was about to approach your room a while ago, I feel my body frozen and I was not able to move… but… But I think it is fine now." she said while biting her lips.
"Oh…" I muttered as my intense killing intent seems to have affected her.
I'm already aware of this as I have used this when I was in the forest. While hunting, I would either hide my killing intent or show it. It's already a part of my active skill, it's called Killing Aura.
"You wanted something Sister Wanwan?" I suddenly asked to interrupt her.
"Ah… I… I just wanted to thank you. I didn't get the chance… I heard from my grandpa that you are going back to city H… I… I'm just worried about you. City H is such a chaotic place, are you really going to go back there?" she said with a tinge of concern in her tone.
I did not reply as I look down on the ground. As I lifted my face, I showed her a faint smile.
"I know… But I still need to take care of my parents and my friend…" I replied.
Lee Wanwan seems to have noticed my sadness as she suddenly patted my shoulder.
"Brother Wei, cheer up! I know that your parents are going to be fine. And you are very strong; I know that you will also be alright." She said trying to appease my emotion.
Deep inside my heart, I feel warm; I seem to be seeing Lin Qiao in Lee Wanwan. Their way of encouraging me and gentleness made me feel that she truly cares.
I just nodded my head and we both said our goodnights.

While Lee Wanwan is returning to her room, someone suddenly appears from a dark corner.
"Che… Acting like some virtuous woman and visiting a man's room in the middle of the night. I wonder how that stupid Dongfang Lin let her escape. Maybe she was able to serve him really well…" Lee Baitong said while his eyes stealthily look at Lee Wanwan's curvy figure and lick his lips.
"Since you are already a loose woman, I would want to get a taste of you myself then…" He muttered as he stealthily followed Lee Wanwan.
A plan is already being formed inside his head and he knew that in this huge mansion, almost everyone is already asleep. When he came out, he already figured out that his grandfather is already asleep. And the other relatives and guests in this mansion are also asleep.
Lee Baitong is really familiar with this place as he has often visited the mansion when he has time. And as someone who is used to go out stealthily of their own house and do unscrupulous things outside, he is somewhat an expert in doing these things.
For a very long time, he has lusted after Lee Wanwan's beauty and has tried to control himself because her father is the current right-hand person of the old patriarch. But after knowing the news of Lee Wanwan's kidnapping, he could not control it anymore. In fact, he wanted to go wild because of what his mother did.
But he could not change the fact that she was already raped by that bastard Dongfang Lin. But what baffled him, is how that young man was able to take Dongfang Lin's phone. And How Lee Wanwan was saved.
He could not believe that she escaped unscathed, judging from the perverted nature of the Dongfang Lin guy.
"If she is really a loose woman, then she would not tell on me, right? There would be no evidence as she is already not a virgin… Hehe… But… If she really is still a virgin, then I… I would just marry her… Hihihi…" Lee Baitong laughed in his mind as his expression turned nasty.
As he stealthily followed Lee Wanwan, he saw her turning on the corner towards her room.
His mind immediately was filled with excitement. While following Lee Wanwan, he could help but smell the lingering scent she would leave in the corridor. This sweet smell of a woman is already making his heart pound faster.
He could not control his desire as his lower part is already bulging upon imagining that soft and supple body to be under him as he would ravage her all night long. He could also see her beautiful face making that pained look and her pleading tone while he would pound her under him.
His imagination is running really hard as every step he made makes him excited that his heart could not help but skip a beat when he suddenly discovers Lee Wanwan stopping for a moment.
Lee Baitong suddenly moves to the corner and hid within the shadow of the large vase in the corridor.
He waited while watching Lee Wanwan thinking for a moment and showing a faint smile on her face.
"Damn it! Is she thinking of that country bumpkin? I swear that if I get her tonight, I will not let that country bumpkin off after I get my fill with her… Wait a minute… Hehe… I could even try to make her faint then drag that bastard into her room. Then it would look like he was the one who raped her… that's right… I could do that!" Lee Baitong suddenly thought of an idea which overwrites his previous plan.
Then when Lee Wanwan suddenly turns around and seems to have decided to walk inside her room, Lee Baitong suddenly came out of the corner.

I have already noticed the strange person following behind Lee Wanwan, I did not follow and just used my sharp sense to see that person's next action. His movement is very weird and his footsteps are in tiptoes as if he is some thief.
I knew that this person is thinking something bad.
Then suddenly he made a move which made me muttered.
"This is bad…"
