Capítulo 12: Caged

I stared blankly out the window as the birds chirped freely in the skies. Their carefree singing and tweetering reminded me of how trapped I felt being cooped up in this room.

The initial thought of it being a nice room, safe from Cain and the other alphas had long left my mind. All it felt like was like I was a caged animal.

The door clicked open as I stared at the reflection of the helper placing the food in the room. This had been going on for a few days now.

I had forgotten how long it had been since I breathed in the fresh air from the great outdoors. I got off the chair that I had dragged in front of the window and headed to the door, twisting the handle over and over again in a false hope that it would be unlocked.

Psycho... he locks me up in here just because I don't bend to his ridiculous expectations? Is he going to chain me if I were to leave and he ends up catching me?
