Sans and I, have arrived in front of Nijo Castle, more specifically the forest surrounding the castle, I could see that the Nijo Castle itself is still not breached.
There were some evolved humans with strong abilities among them, one of those evolved humans have the ability to use lightning to kill the zombies, another one have the ability to form rock golems. According to the system, those evolved humans that I've mentioned were already B-Ranked Evolved Humans.
Of course I also observed the Zombie Horde's average strength as that was my initial goal. The average strength was C-Rank while some were B-Rank, I could probably use them to train my Gravity Manipulation but I think it's not the right place.
I'm only observing how this goes for now, I can't just dash in after all, that'll just be me heading straight to heaven... Or hell, Whichever really works.

"Don't let them get past the front lines! Kill them using all you've got!" The Leader of the settlement in Nijo Castle shouted.
The Leader of the settlement is already exhausted from using his powers repeatedly. His evolved power is called [ Caress of Nature ] which enables him to command nature and heal everyone he targets. This Evolved Power takes up way too much Mana but it's efficiency makes up for that drawback.
"Sir! We need healing over here!" Someone in the settlement shouted.
"Got it!" The leader responded.
The Frontline of the settlement was having a fierce battle against the horde of zombies, the horde looked like it wasn't reduced at all in the slightest.
[MC's POV]
"Looks like they are about to lose kid," Sans said.
"Yeah, their frontline looks like it'll crumble anytime soon... Well then... Let's get to cleaning up the horde shall we?" I told Sans, Sans and I were rushing towards the entrance of the Nijo Castle. The said Castle only has 1 entrance which would've been good if the zombies couldn't evolve.
Just as Sans and I, arrived in the entrance of the castle. People inside the Castle shouted at us.
"GET BACK INSIDE! WHAT ARE YOU TWO DOING OUTSIDE?!" One man in the frontlines said.
"I know what we are doing, don't interfere!" I told the man inside the walls.
"Hey kid, How about we release that peanut looking cement sculpture here?" Sans said.
"Well, that sculpture wouldn't really work if someone is looking at it Sans, although it's indestructible, even when using your Gaster Blaster Sans." I answered Sans.
"Well then, how about making a be-" Before Sans could finish what he was about to say, I cut him off.
"How about... No," I responded.
"Heh..." Sans smirked.
After that short conversation, Sans and I, began to Obliterate the seemingly endless zombie horde. That should not be right... The Zombies looked like they kept being summoned... Necromancers?
Our performance left the spectators in the Castle speechless, I understand what they feel to be honest. Who would expect us two to be so strong to easily obliterate countless of zombies.
"Blast them away Sans!"
"You don't need to tell me that kid!" said Sans as he summoned 5 gaster blasters above him and fired laser beams simultaneously.
I watched as the laser beams from the gaster blasters obliterated the remaining zombies in the horde... Or not, I can see one zombie barely standing with countless of bulky zombie bodies around it. That Zombie caused the endless waves of Zombies.
"So my suspicions were true eh?" I said.
"The effects of the laser beam depends on the range, the longer it extends, the lesser the damage. That undead there fortunately survived because of the zombie shield it made which was compromised of at least hundreds Zombie bodies, that lessened the damage dealt even more..." Sans said.
Sans then fired a sharp bone at the Necromancer's forehead, effectively killing it.
"Heh... That guy has got some tough skull to crack," said Sans.
"Well then, How much profit did I make from that zombie horde?" I then opened my System Inventory.
"50x Basic Gacha Tickets? Well, I suppose that it's logical considering the fact that, Sans was the one who obliterated everything on sight with a giant laser beam, This is a good enough amount I guess." I thought to myself.
Just as I was admiring my 50x Basic Gacha Tickets in my inventory, I heard a voice calling me from behind... Well it was calling for Sans and I.
"H-hello, You can call me Kazuma and as the leader of this settlement, I thank both of you for your assistance. If it wasn't for the both of you then this settlement would have been destroyed in no time. I am also an advocate of true gender equality." Their leader, Kazuma said as he emphasized more on the true gender equality part.
"Oh, You can call me Zahard then, this is my friend Sans, but as you can see, he's completely covered by his hoodie but you get the gist." I told Kazuma.
Yes, you heard that right. Sans is completely unrecognizable right now and the only thing you could see is an entity completely covered by a hoodie.
You might be wondering, how did that happen? Well... I bought Sans an Extremely Oversized Hoodie before the apocalypse happened and all hell broke lose, and this was the perfect time to wear it.
"I-i see... Well, me and the others in the settlement have planned to make Nijo Castle the center of our soon to be stronghold in the future." Kazuma told us.
"I want to ask something, is there any stronghold in Japan as of now?" I asked Kazuma.
"No, unfortunately no. The first stronghold to be reported was from America, worry not though, Other people have started building settlements and quite possibly have been thinking the same thing as I am. Building a stronghold." Kazuma said.
"Well, good luck with that, It's time for me and my friend Sans over there to go now, I wish you the best of luck," I told Kazuma as I gestured Sans to follow me and head back to the bunker.
"O-oh... Well, our gates are always open for you two, stay safe." Kazuma said as he waved his hands goodbye.
"Let's get going Sans, I'm getting hungry," I told Sans.
"Me too kid," Sans replied.
Sans and I, proceeded to head back to the bunker so we could satisfy our hunger for food.
"Hey Kazuma...." A person beside Kazuma called out.
"What is it?" Kazuma asked.
"Was the person accompanying that Zahard guy a kid?" Asked the person beside Kazuma.
"Huh? Well, I don't know and I don't care. Let's go and finally start making our future stronghold a reality," Kazuma declared.
"Understood, I'll immediately go ahead and tell the others," the person behind Kazuma replied, before heading out and informing all the other settlement occupants.
"Huh... I wonder why those two didn't bother and get the mana cores inside the zombies..." Kazuma thought to himself before forgetting the subject.
(A/N: MC doesn't need the mana cores because he didn't get one when the Mystical Rain occured. The process of the future children of humanity getting a mana core is when at least one of its parents having a mana core, even if its only the mother or the father, it doesn't matter.)
(A/N: Probably the shittiest chapter I have ever made and prolly the last shitty chapter ill ever make.... Hopefully...)
