Capítulo 58: The Lightning Wielder

Banian's lighting bolt shook the ground to its very core, as if the earth senses the danger ahead. Even those of us at the faraway building had to grit out teeth as the bolt exploded before us. 

He is a show-off, The Covenant's leader, but he only because he has something to show off as well. Everyone knows how he is, his notoriety is widespread not only because he likes to make his presence known everywhere, but because that presence is something worth remembering. Like that lighting bolt earlier, everyone, even those who do not know him, know him to be a streak of light that blinds everyone. 

I duck under the window as the explosion from the lightning goes off. Glass shards fly off everywhere, and I cover my face to avoid any injuries. 

Ah, what an irony, for me to be semi-attacked by lighting. 

I look up, trying to get a view of what is going on.
