Capítulo 36: A History of Survival

"There's the princess!"

That's what the enemies said. 

The princess. She is all that matters here, they are after her, Madia realizes. They did not see Loo, only her. She is the only one they want. 

If so, then the only way for Loo to survive, for her purpose to come into fruition, is if they catch her and only her. They will stop searching once they find her.

It was mentioned earlier that humanity has such stubbornness when it comes to clinging to life. They will do anything to survive, survival is engraved into their very instinct. 

But there is one more stubbornness that may sometimes exceed their desire to live, and that is their tenacity when it comes to protecting those who are precious to them. When it is for their loved ones, human beings can overcome many of their base instincts, even the instinct for survival.
