Okay I have decided to rewrite this fanfiction but I am moving my fanfiction to my other account.

I will merge the concept of the book with Marvel: Elysium (Old)
It will be named Marvel: Elysium though
So here's the thing, I want you to name cities for his new nation.
You are free to create new races for each city.. It can be alien or human
Name the City.... Name it's leader, the population, what's special about it etc.
Just follow this template:
Name of City
Name of its governor
Population
Specialty
Race(s) within city if not human
....
I will incorporate it into the new story.
