When he saw the "Barrier", Stroph abruptly changed his direction and headed straight for it. After a while, he was close enough to Sibren and Erza, and in a minute, they were standing together on the high wall.

Before the monsters` invasion, the "Barrier" was full of the military, and now they were even more, but they were in the part where there were simply no humans or monsters, that part Sibren had chosen beforehand. He didn't want to deal with the "Outer Circle" people at all, their job was only to negotiate with the "Inner Circle", nothing more.

"I take it we're waiting for the man from the "Nest"?" Upon landing, Stroph immediately asked this very obvious question.

All he got was a nod in response and no one else said anything.
