Before the waiter spoke, Gu Chaoyan took a step forward and asked coldly, "What place is this?"

The head of the gang snorted. Seeing the slightly-chubby girl speaking, he raised his chin and said proudly, "This is the capital!"

As the head of the gang said this the other gang members laughed loudly. They weren't the crazy type. Some people were bold enough to open restaurants on the street yet they either went bankrupt or got closed. It had been years since some foolish people came opening restaurants here. Unexpectedly, such people were seen again. They thought that the owners were either outsiders or stupid. So they were not at all scared.
