When Quinn opened his eyes, he was surrounded by beautiful trees and the sound of flowing water in the distance. The words chirping and the around peaceful environment.
When Quinn tried to stand up, he fell back down. He tried again but it was no avail, whatever he did he kept falling.
"Hahahahaha, you should have seen your face," A familiar voice said in Quinn's head.
"Asshole. Why are you in my head?" Quinn asked curiously.
"About your magic, yeah, I gave you copy magic," The man said.
"Copy magic?" Quinn asked confused.
"Yeah, with the thing called a Sharingan you have to have the 1 tomoe, and when someone casts a spell you need to have the intention to copy it. The stronger spell you copy the stronger spells or Jutsu you will have. Now, this is the last time I'm going to be talking to you, maybe,"
"What do you mean maybe?" Quinn asked but no one answered.
When Quinn tried to stand up, he stood up with no difficulty. As Madara was walking through the beautiful forest, he came across this small brown house.
"Ah, hello there young one. Is there a reason you have to come here?" An old voice said behind him.
"No, I was just walking around when I saw this. I didn't mean to intrude," Madara said nonchalantly.
'This boy's mana is far stronger than anything I have ever witnessed. He will become a very strong person in the future, it would be a shame if he died from the beast creatures.' The old man thought. "Where are your parents? A kid like you shouldn't be walking alone in the forest," He said with stroking his white beard.
"I don't have any, All I remember is waking up an hour ago, then I saw this house, then I met you," Madara said trying his best to sound sad.
"That is truly unfortunate. How about you stay here until you old enough," The man said.
"Old enough? What do you mean?" Madara asked confused and with a bit a curiosity.
"What you may have thought was a peace forest, this forest is crawling with beast creatures. Right now, you not strong enough to handle one of them so I will prepare if you ever come in contact with one," The man said thinking about how powerful Madara would be in the future.
"I don't know, you seem like you wouldn't be able to handle a trained me," Madara said jokingly. Madara had his eyes closed when he felt a sharp pain in his stomach then came a brutal amount of force. Madara coughed up some spit as he fell on his knees.
"The first lesson always stay vigilant and wary of your surroundings," The man said as he picked up Madara from the ground.
"Oh, you still conscious? Looks like I'm getting a little rusty," The man said as he waited for Madara to recover.
"Ok, you've had enough time to rest, now give me 200 push-ups," The old man said after a few minutes of Madara resting.
Madara slowly got in a push-up position as he lowered himself then pushed back up. On earth, he wouldn't even be able to do 5 push-ups, but now his body was different even if he was still a kid. Around 50 is when Madaras arm started to get heavy. He successfully did three more pushups before falling on the ground.
"53 pushups, not bad for a weakling like yourself," The old man said provoking Madara. His goal was to insult and provoke Madara so that he would strive to be stronger and it was working because after hearing those words, Madara got back up and started again.
Even with his arms feeling like they weighed a ton, Madara managed to push through and do the rest of the 147 pushups. The old man had a pleased look on his face, as he looked at Madara who was breathing heavily lying on the ground.
After laying on the ground, Madara got up to see the man was still there. He gestured to follow him inside his house. Madara followed to see a plain house with a few pictures on the wall and something on the stove.
"Who are these people in these pictures?" Madara asked as he held it up. The two in the picture looked like the old man and a woman with black hair, green eyes, she had a slender body type, and she looked happy in the picture.
This made Madara think of his grandpa and grandma when they were young. Oddly enough, the old man reminding Madara of his grandparent in his past life.
"That right there was my wife, she had the brightest smile I have ever seen and she made my life better than what it was," The man said as he looked at Madara whose eyes were red with a thin black circle with what seemed like a comma on the lines.
"What's wrong with your eyes?" The man asked as he was surprised about the sudden change in Madara.
'Did it already happen? I didn't expect it to trigger from seeing this photo.' Madara thought as he closed his eyes and stopped supplying mana to his eyes.
"Maybe it has something to do with my magic," Madara said as he placed the picture back where it was and looked at the old man.
The old man had white hair and a wrinkly face like every old person has, but this man was toned down. Madara couldn't see any fat on the man.
"Your magic eh? How about tomorrow I show you how to do a spell. Don't worry, you won't need a grimoire for it," The old man said as he fixed two bowls of food.
As they ate, Madara and the old man talked about themselves, well, mostly the man talked because he couldn't tell him he was from another world.
Madara found out that the old man's name was Reiner and he had two kids, two boys that died from the beast creatures. His wife died from a bloodline sickness that her mother had, but instead of leaving her, he stayed by her side until the end.
Madara could only wish his friends and family other than his grandpa could've done the same.
