Capítulo 162: Just The Way It Was

"Enough about me…" Sabrina gives out a hesitant chuckle. "I am not the only one who deserves to be appreciated but congratulations to you too." Sabrina says, staring into his eyes with a hint of smile.

"What for?" David's temple creases with confusion.

"For becoming a successful business tycoon."

"Oh… I guess we really have a lot to catch up with." David snickers and looks back to stare into her eyes. "I hope it's not too late for that…" There was some hesitation in his voice yet his eyes were bright with hope and expectation.

Sabrina nods her head slightly and her mouth was about to split into a huge grin when the door to the café opens with a jingle and inside dashes a kid with a loud voice.

"Daddy!!" The girl yells on top of her lungs and jumps over David.

"Oh my baby girl!" David engulfs the kid into his arms with a gleeful smile plastered on his face and suddenly Sabrina's heart drops to her stomach.
