Everything was now making sense to Caroline, even though it was downright illogical in her head at the same time.

Standing next to the vending machine, she peered out of the window. The nothingness of the sky was calming her frayed nerves. She wanted to confront him, but the sanity inside her was stopping her from doing so.

She needed to gather proof, concrete proof.

Gulping the entire bottle of energy drink, she walked to the Orthopedic department and requested an x-ray of her broken hand, and then walked back to her chamber. Dr. Gavin and Dr. Leslie were waiting inside for her as requested.

She sat on her seat and then turned towards Morpheous, "Um... Morpheous, can you please schedule all routine scans for Hana and help with the discharge procedure?"

"Sure!" He said and left, and the moment he closed the door behind him, Caroline focussed her attention on the junior doctors and asked,

"So I am assuming you both are staying in the dorms?"
