Capítulo 45: Year 2.5: At the Surface World
Weapons; guns, chemicals, technologies, and any others that humans had been made to harm others. With these tools of destruction, humans managed to hold down the monsters that try to lay their fangs into them.
However, it was only for a short time.
"R-Run!"
"Help me!"
"M-my arm! AHH!"
"Someone! Help!"
"Son!? Son!? Where's my son!?"
The country Australia is in a full disaster because the military cannot handle the situation anymore.
Giant spiders about the size of a human that was supposed to be just a house spider rampaging here and there as it makes its territory throughout the city covering the whole place with their thick web.
Compare when the spider is still small, now they have hard shells and venomous fangs that have the same level of venom of the snake or even higher.
No wonder why most spiders disappeared a week ago.
Not only spiders but all of the animals drastically change into something that can't be explained through simple words.
Bears have now a thick layer of fur for armor.
The dog turns into something like a wolf, no even beyond wolf.
As the people are in the midst of confusion and despair the fish monsters are already in the land devouring everything that they see. Children and elders are no exception to their unending hunger.
Shouting for the desperation of help to the other countries however no one responds.
The reason is that every eastern country's military is in a tight situation as they are all deployed on every edge of their country protecting it away from the fish monsters. They even had the same problem as their animals also change into something horrifying which shows that they don't have time to help others.
But still... they cannot compare what Australia is facing... Well, they do have the most bizarre creatures in the world that lives in their country.
The western countries are in different situations like they are in a different world.
They only provide support via sending an abundant amount of supplies but that's all.
What essentially needed are people because they cannot handle controlling the situation by themselves. However, that wish was ignored as the western countries continue to live in normal life.
Some people from the west also voiced their help to their government to help the east but they were also ignored or more like they were shut up.
As the world is in chaos no one could predict what would happen next.
Out of all eastern countries, Philippine is also in a desperate situation but they were somewhat ignored like they did not exist.
Recent News:
-Most of the cases of serious disease from the whole world were cured not by the help of the doctors nor the scientist but because of the rise of the level of the human immune system.
Surely enough, there will no human who can't recover without doctors' help but that's another story.
-Scientist discovered a new element from the human body which explain how human's are quickly evolving. Some called it metamorphosis while some it calls the sing of the god.
-Most of the world records were replaced by youth in just a year.
-Total casualties by the hands of the Abyssal Fish including the deaths from wild animals are in total of more than half a million deaths (The deaths mostly consist of soldiers and civilians from the shore.)
-Discovery: A man from Indonesia g
-New discovery: Man from a western country found himself trapped in the hole with numerous taipan snakes which is the most venomous snake in the world but managed to come out alive even tho he has many bites marks all over his body. He was taken to the hospital and found nothing that can be considered serious injury except blood loss. In just three days he immediately leaves the hospital.

Waking up from a deep slumber Mike slowly open his eyes.
Seeing the usual cavern he didn't bother to check the whole and still lay down on the ground.
As he lay down, he looks at the void sky as he remembers the hellish experience of his body crumbling from the pressure of the water for days.
Just thinking about it makes his body shivers.
(I don't want to experience that again... How long did I sleep anyway?)
Just as he questions himself a voice other than himself replied.
"About a week or so..."
It's none other than Imuthis, the rotten head.
The head is fully recovered as he turned back to his usual less rotten state floating at the top of the chest as he stares deeply into Mike's eyes.
Imuthis continued; "Your body is still in the middle of recovery so its most likely that you will stay here for longer."
(I see...)
"What's wrong are you still tired or something?"
(More or less, yeah. It's fucking painful, you know.)
"I understand your pain but there is no time to sulk over it, right?"
(Oh please... Just let me be in this state for a while. I wanted to take a small peaceful rest.)
"Well if you say so... by the way just to remind you, there is a big change that happened to your body."

"I won't tell the details but it's most likely you'll be surprised... hehehe I'm looking forward to your reaction."

"Chill chill... It's not my doing. You're body is drastically changing by it's surrounding so I bet it might be useful to you or something hehehe..."

Giving up from persuading Imuthis Mike to stand up and take a stroll around the cavern.
He notices that the usual small cavern is now vast that you could take a short jog to circle around.
(What in the world...)
Not only it's vast but it's even cleaner, that the only dirty thing that can be seen in the cavern is the chest and Imuthis in the middle.
The ground is not uneven anymore that you could walk to it without tripping.
The walls are now in dome shape as in the middle is the hole where Mike was fallen.
As Mike wanted to know more about what changes happened he searches every corner of the cavern.
