"Anyway, now that we have permission, I'll be staying here until the competition finishes." Fei Yuyan said to him in a slightly angry voice, clearly unhappy about the way Yuan had handled this situation.

"By the way, I won't be here at night and will return in the morning." Yuan suddenly said to her as she went to look for an empty room.

"What? Why not? Where are you going that requires you to stay outside all night?" Fei Yuyan asked him with raised eyebrows.

"I'm not going anywhere— I just won't be available until the morning," Yuan said.

"Is that so? I won't need you at night, anyway," Fei Yuyan quickly responded in a somewhat weird tone, and she left the place to look for her own room.

Sometime later, Fei Yuyan settled in the room that was only two doors away from Yuan's room.
