"Mokuton: Impaling Tree" (A/N= Literally taken out of my ass)
I could see Hiruzen was struggling, though not as much as in canon, to deal with Hashirama. I had Tobirama and Orochimaru onto my ass and that wasn't good, as such, I backpedaled and flickered to his location.
"Old man, if you have something you want to do, now might be a good chance"
"Well, now that you say it..."
Before they began attacking once again, Hiruzen hit his thumb and performed quickly the handseals for one of the most iconic seals to have ever existed.
"Kuchiyose no Jutsu! Enkōō: Enma"
When I saw the "Monkey King" that Hiruzen summoned, I was awed. Not by it's looks nor by it's might, but by the aura that it gave off. Confidence, nobelty and honor, was the only way I could describe Enma's aura. He was truly befitting of the "King" title.
"Well, another Jutsu to learn later on"
It was at that point that the battle took a turn. Luckily for us, now that I was also in the picture -in spite of being weak when compared to these beasts- Hiruzen was able to actually get the upper hand on them. I knew that it was only because Tobirama and Hashirama were weakened and Orochimaru couldn't properly make full use of their capabilities, but an advantage was an advantage.
What we needed was time. Enough time for someone to break the barried and, in turn, force Orochimaru to retreat. That was the only way of ending this fight without Hiruzen actually dying. All I had to do was buy more time.
"Suiton: Bakusui Shōha!"
As stupid as it sounded -and I was sure it sounded as stupid as it possibly could- my only idea to earn more time was to literally drown the barrier. All of us present could perform the Water Breathing Jutsu, so I had a little idea to try out. The sheer amount of water I was spewing was something stupidly obscene. It wasn't something a twelve year old should be able to do, yet I was. This was the second part of drowning the Thousand Fissures Desert. A huge mass of water meant to do that. Drown.
Nobody had time to try and surf the wave since it was a sudden movement, but right before we were all underwater, I gave a suggestion to Hiruzen.
"Old man, you might want to hold on to something. It's about to get... swirly"
Water had literally covered everything, leaving no actual room to breath. I could only guess that I had at least somewhat surprised Tobirama, since I respected him as a Suiton user -and mentally sane person, unlike his brother.
'Water Beast: Nagareru Tsume!'
I began to spin. One would think that it was stupid to spin in such a situation, but when you can attract water to you and add a rotational force behind it, what happens? A fucking whirlpool. Someday I would be able to do this as a Jutsu, instead of a natural phenomenon.
It was enough to seal everyone's movements for a few moments, which gave me an opening to attack. Since Water was my natural element and I was used to spinning a lot and controlling my direction, I could move rather easily in this environment. I used the spinning force to further propel myself towards Orochimaru, I could leave Hiruzen to deal with Hashirama and Tobirama on his own for a while.
'Suiton: Drilling Water Spears! Tearing Torrent!' [1]
Throwing the spears towards Orochimaru and at the same time making them rotate around the Tearing Torrent was a good way of ensure a hit, or so I thought. It was disgusting, being honest. The way Orochimaru "shed" his skin to dodge my attack, I meant. It was just disgusting.
'It wasn't enough to hit him... what was I even expecting, he is a Sannin dammit'
But that didn't take away my hope from buying even more time. Luckily, I didn't have time to think about it anymore. Somehow, somewhere, the water that I had created was leaking from the barrier. That was when I looked towards one of the corners and noticed a small hole in the barrier.
'How did that get there?!'
I was answered when suddenly, the entire barrier fell apart into pieces. I could immediately recognize who caused it to break. Kakashi had used his Sharingan to find the weak spot of the barrier and Guy had destroyed with his Gates. I didn't know which, but I was sure it wasn't past the fourth, since his skin wasn't red.
The water took a while to actually fall, as if it hadn't taken notice of the fact that it didn't have a recipient anymore.
'Ugh... I'm gonna get an earful about flooding Konoha now, right?'
Hiruzen flickered to my side and looked at me with a shine in his eyes that I hadn't seen even before. It was something that made me feel proud and, at the same time, nervous. I had succesfuly dragged the battle longer than it would've been and, in the process, given Kakashi and Guy enough time to destroy the barrier and save Hiruzen. It was at that point, when all my guards were down, that I suddenly felt tired. All I heard before blacking out was Orochimaru.
"*tsk*... This isn't fun anymore"
*
When I woke up, the entire thing had already calmed down. I had slept for at least an entire day. According to the doctors, I had fainted from mental stress, which I could perfectly picture. After all, physically and Chakra-wise, I wasn't particularly tired. Kurenai was the one to inform me of what happened after I fainted.
Apparently backed to a corner, Orochimaru undid the Edo Tensei and left the scene. My take on that was that he realized the Edo Tensei he had used was flawed and once he knew his plan had failed, he didn't have any reason to keep at it. As such, he did the most convenient thing: run away.
With him, he took his four underlings and Cockroach, who still managed to survive everything they threw at him. The conclusion I drew from all of that was quite simple.
"Sometimes, luck is the key"
--------------------------------------------------------
And then he woke up from the Genjutsu, the end... do you imagine if I did that?
[1] Water Torrent had been renamed to Tearing Torrent. One because it sounds better. Two because it makes more sense with what the Jutsu does. Also if you search for Tearing Torrent Jutsu you will find a result.
