Dez's P.o.v.
I had an uneasy feeling in the pit of my stomach as I watched Alora walk away with that asshole. The way he looked at her, gives me a feeling I can't describe. I tell Jackson that I need to go check on something. As I walk down the corridor to Aloras chamber I heard yelling.. I backed into the wall and blended my whole body with the shadows; now the shadows and I are one. I glide along the wall and see that son-of-a bitch on Alora with his hands all over her. I was so fucking pissed, my eyes started glowing, I felt the shadows surrounding me as I became enraged. " IF YOU DONT GET YOUR FUCKKING HANDS OFF HER!!!" I growled, as I use the shadows to knock him off of her. Jack yells, " You cockblocker", she's mine, I bought her fair and square!!!" Cockblocker? Did he just call me that, I smirk a little bit. " How dare you try to force yourself on her!!!, how fucking dare you touch her!!!",as a growl escape my mouth. "She's mine, and there's nothing you can do about it!";While his eyes started glowing intensely. His fangs extended from his mouth, with a sinister smile. "Now show yourself", as Jack looks around looking for me. I smile, and then the shadows engulfed me and transported me on the side of Alora; and man, I was beyond pissed. Jack was a couple of feet away from me, when he tries to use his super speed, humph, that won't work on me. I lift my hand, and the shadows grabs his hands and feet..... and stops him dead in his tracks. I see this is going to be easy, he suppose to be second in command, one of my rookie trainees could beat him. Jack look surprised as his body is dangling in the air; I turn my hand and his body swings into a horizontal position. My hand lifts and Jacks body flew up and hit the ceiling, blood splattered everywhere. I push him to the ceiling wanting to push him all the way through, but no I want him to feel pain so I turn my hand once again, now he's facing the floor, with blood dripping. I drop my hand and his body hits the floor with such force, blood flew all over Alora and I. The shadows are surrounding his body now, I close my hand and his arms and legs break. I hear someone coming, I pull the shadows back and slowly begin to calm myself.
I'm sitting on the floor with my mouth open as I see jerks body. What the hell just happened? Jerks blood is all over my face and my ripped dress. Dez turns to me when he hears someone coming and put his hand out to help me up; but out of shock I jump and move away from him. "Alora, are you alright?", he asked with concern in his eyes. I tried to answer, but nothing came out, my mouth was stuck. I see King Titus, Jackson, Lord Cletus, Cassandra, and my mother and father walk up to us, with shocked looks on their faces. "What the hell is going on here?!, Lord Cletus hisses. Dez looks at Lord Cletus, " Your man needs to keep his hands to himself", he says as he crosses his arms. My mother runs over to me, "Alora what happened, are you alright?" My father moves Jackson out of his way and walks over to my mother and I, I could feel the angry radiating off of him. King Titus steps forward, "Jackson take him to the healer as he looks at jerk, Laynia take Alora to her chambers and get her cleaned up", then meet us in the study".
I'm sitting on my bed, rewinding what just happened over and over in my head while my mother ran my bath. She walks up to me and held my face up while she examines, she hisses, "Who did this to you, Jack or Dez?" Tears start streaming down my face as I start shaking, "Dez saved me mother", if it wasn't for him, Jack would've" ..... I stop because I couldn't wrap my head around what just happened. "Its ok Alora, we will get to the bottom of this, now go get cleaned up, we have to go see King Titus".
Meanwhile, in the study
King Titus enters the study and sits at the desk, while Cassandra pours everyone a drink, Since Laynia isn't there. He takes a sip his drink, stands up and looks at Dez, " Are you going to tell us what happened"? Dez bows his head, your majesty, " Jack told Alora that her father wanted him to walk Sorsha and her back to their chambers; but I had a suspicion that Jack was up to something, so i went to make sure she made it back safely. " As i was walking to her chambers I heard yelling, I croched around the corner and peeked my head around; and that's when I seen Jack on top of Alora". Dez pauses for a second, sighs, and continue talking " He was trying to force himself on her, Your Majesty". Tristan lets out a loud roar" THAT FUCKING SON OF A BITCH, I WILL FUCKING KILL HIM!" His eyes started glowing, little sparks of energy starts forming around his body. At that moment King Titus runs over to him to try to calm him down, "Son you're going to have to calm down, I understand you're pissed, but we will take care of this." "Tristan, look at me, you cant lose control in here, it would kill everyone". Tristan takes a deep breath, puts his head down, " Apologies your majesty". King Titus walks over to Lord Cletus, "what do you have to say about this, he is your man". Lord Cletus looks at King Titus nervously, "He could be lying, Your Majesty, Jack has been a loyal guardsman for over 100 years". A knock on the door interrupted them, Lynia walks in, her eyes fixated on Tristan "Alora is in too much of bad state tonight, she should rest for the night". "She did tell me it was Jack that attacked her". Cassandra looks very nervous, "What else did she say"? Lynia still looking at Tristan, " Dez saved her from Jack". King Titus walks over to Lynia, " She will have to rest , but I will need to talk to her tomorrow". You can go Lynia, look after Alora". As Lynia shuts the door, King Titus takes another sip of his drink, " I want him branded!!!,(authors note: Branding is when a supernatural does something so horrendous and unexceptable to a royal. They would forever be outcasted from everyone even family). "This is how you treat my Family Lord Cletus?" Is this how you treat my fucking Granddaughter!!!!" Cassandra mouth flies open in shock, "granddaughter" she whispered in shock. Titus walks over to Cassandra and grabs her face " If you tell anyone I mean anyone tha Alora is my granddaughter, I WILL KILL YOU MYSELF, AND ANYONE THAT HAS YOUR DIRTY BLOOD!!", Cassandra felt a spark of energy run through her body. "Understood"!!, Titus growls as he squeezes her face. " Yes your Majesty..., as she tries to catch her breath. "Now get the hell out so I can talk to my son and Dez". Cletus and Cassandra scurries out of the study, and head to their chamber.
Cletus and Cassandra are talking in their chambers, getting ready to for bed. " Cletus why didn't you tell me Tristan is the dam prince of Dragons?", "Any business in my Castle is my business", as she hissed. Cletus raises his eyebrow, " Your castle, dont make me laugh; the only reason we're married is because it was arranged". " And to make things worse you couldn't even give me a son". Cassandra composes herself, " I did give you a daughter". " Only because a witch assisted you!!, you couldn't even get pregnant on your own!!!" Cletus looks at Cassandra with anger in his eyes, Why didn't you tell me you was going to marry off Sorsha, Cassandra"? Cassandra has a shocked look on her face, "Who told you?". It doesn't matter, all that matters is that you tried to marry her off without my permission". "Sorsha is too nice and spoiled, she needs someone who will make he a honorable woman". "Not my fucking daughter!!", as he hissed. Cletus starts walking toward Cassandra, " You know Cassandra, I've been gone way too much, I think i'm going to at the castle for sometime, things are getting out of hand." Cletus stop in front of Cassandra and grabs her face, "If i find out you had something to do with what jack did to Alora, or if I find out you're trying to marry Sorsha off without my permission again, I will put you in the cells with trolls". "Understood"? "Yes dear", as she hisses hrough her teeth. Cletus starts walking to his bed, " Now, get ready for bed, I want to be pleasured tonight".
