Chapter 15: Basic Manner
It's been a month since Hao Jiazhi had sent his letter to Zheng Zhen and there is some stuff that has changed more than HaoJiazhi had asked for
At first, it was only 70 people working in '5 Shadows' but the need for men increased more and more as they had to control 2 districts and these 2 districts are not small
So, the structure of the team is like this now-
Mao Xue, Fighter team's head, now has 60 people under him. 20 in each district and rest on standby
Xu Hai, head of the Assassination team, now has 15 females under her. 5 in each district and rest on standby
Fu Yu, head of the poison team, now has 10 people under him. 3 in each district and rest on standby
Meng Bai, head of the blacksmith team, now has 15 people under him. 3 in each district and the rest on standby
Zheng Zhen, head of the administration team, now has 20 people under him. 4 in each district and the rest on standby
There are now a total of 120 people working in '5 shadows' and all of them are well trained
Each had their own role that they have to full fill it no matter what
The fighter team's role is to keep things ongoing with no hiccups and be ready to fight. All people in this team have their own sword/crossbow and small armors on them
The assassination team's role is to assassinate those who can be a pain in the ass in the future, whom the fighter team can't kill
The poison team's role is to create a new poison or find the cure of the current list of poison that has no cure so far. Their role is to keep the health of the whole organization all well
The blacksmith team role is creating new weapons or any other item for the team. This team may seem that they don't have much use as weapons can be bought from the market, which is true, but they are the core people
They create custom weapons for each person's needs and also armors for them. Not only that, but they also make armor for horses, and right now they are working on creating carrots and more stuff
Each weapon that is held by every single person in the organization is custom made according to the users need and skill
And finally, the Administration team
Their job is to make sure everything is reported to Hao Jiazhi and also keep things ongoing in the organization with no troubles
This may sound no big deal, but the flow of money is checked by them and the money amount is not small. It's in millions
And if any single thing happened to the money, they know very well just how bad their future will get.
Now let's talk about the profit-
Around 4 million ban liang is being deposited to Hao Jiazhi's mansion, every month, and the rest of the money is kept in the base of 5 shadows for future needs
And the money that Hao Jiazhi earns from his own business is more than 500,000 per months (without paying tax, tax is around 20%)
So, the total earning he has is around 4,500,000 Ban Liang per month. Which is no doubt just too much, but…

Hearing this news, Mao Xue, Fu Yu, and Meng Bai took a deep breath and sweat appeared on their forehead as they remembered a certain day
Their uneasiness was well noticed by Xu Hai and Zheng Zhen but they didn't understand it as they haven't witnessed anything harsh or gore yet
Next day-
"You have created the base quite well" Hao Jiazhi said to Zheng Zhen, praising him for creating a small village like area in the forest of Jinyi District which is away from population and near the mountains
Zheng Zhen bowed and said "thank you"
Soon, other people and men's also appeared. Everyone bowed to him and witnessed just who the real head or person is behind their organization
They still don't know that Hao Jiazhi is a prince
Hao Jiazhi nodded to them and asked for people who tried to take his money away
Xu Hai led him to a certain small wooden house
Inside the room-
"So it's you people…." Hao Jiazhi said with a smile as he looked at those 5 men
Inside the room, there was not much space so only a few entered the room
Hao Jiazhi asked, "So, was it worth it?"
But no men answered his question
This made Hao Jiazhi quite angry as he doesn't like it when people don't respond to him when he is being humble
He turned around and whispered something into the ears of Meng Bai, blacksmith
Something that made the eyes of Meng Bai goes all wide
Meng Bai didn't want to follow what he was told but he has to do it. He goes out and then brought something back
In the meantime, Hao Jiazhi asked to put a table in front of one of the 5 men and also untie his one hand
This whole process made all 5 men woke up a bit, but it should have been better if they had been sleeping
Hao Jiazhi took a hammer and a long screw from Meng Bai and then told 2 men to hold the hand of that person (whose hand is untied)
Hao Jiazhi spread the palm of that person on the table and then put the sharp nib of the screw above the center of that man's palm
Hao Jiazhi aimed his hammer on the screw and with no expression; he said "When I ask you something, it means that you have to reply. That's a basic manner"
*BANG*
"AAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!"

One man had a screw smashed in his palm
One man had his all 5 fingers cut
One man had his private thing cut
One man had his teeth pulled out
And the last man had his eyes popped out
It was just a horror inside the room which made even Xu Hai, a person who has a job to kill people, feel weird
The screams of those 5 men made every single person that heard it know that there is something that they should fear more than death
And finally, all those 5 men were cut into pieces by Hao Jiazhi, and those bodies were thrown here and there
"Greed is good, but forgetting what your work is really bad. After all, if there is work… you have money to buy things
Surely, you are feeling bad which is ok as even you want to earn money and you can't live your whole life on just 100 ban liang, still…
You should not betray those hands that feed you" Hao Jiazhi said as he cleaned his hands which are stained with blood
"Still, I can understand your reason for being greedy
So how about this, if you ever have a fight and win that fight then you will be paid 1000 ban liang, and if you lose, you won't have any punishment
How about it?
Don't worry, you won't lose your 100 ban liang per month. This 1000 ban liang is paid when you have to do some real shit
Good, right?" Hao Jiazhi asked all men's
This made every person working under him, see him in a new light but they don't know the truth behind it

He was pointing at the scene that happened few minutes before inside the room
Xu Hai and Zheng Heng nodded to Mao Xue as they understood the real nature of Hao Jiazhi. It is just evil, someone who just enjoys hearing screams of his enemy
Back to the Mc's house-
Want to know what Hao Jiazhi wanted from that offer?
Simple, loyalty and fear
At first, he let everyone see that he is a tyrant that is not afraid of killing or rather torturing his enemy to the extreme
He lets them see and feels just what type of boss they have and what could happen to them if they try to betray him
But, by giving them bonuses whenever the fight occurred, he showed them that he has a gentle heart also
He showed them that those who stay loyal to him will earn luxury and various rewards, but those who betray him…
He is just playing with their brain, tempting them with their greed and also putting fear in their heart.
And the end result is that their mind (5 shadows) will choose the easy way and try to be loyal to him as much as possible
"Time to take a very good sleep" Hao Jiazhi said with a smile and lays down on his bed
He is really tired as he took a ride of 10 hours from her to Jinyi and then back home. So he is dead tired right now
Midnight time-
"My Lord, please wake up… It's an emergency" Han Yachun said as she is trying her best to wake Hao Jiazhi
"What is it?" Hao Jiazhi asked while half sleeping
"A few criminals are creating havoc in the city" Han Yachun replied
"So what? It is that law officer's job to keep things down. Go, complaint it to officers. Let me sleep" Hao Jiazhi said in an angry tone
"Those criminals are destroying private properties in the city, including you taverns" Han Yachun replied hurriedly
*eyes open*
In a blink, Hao Jiazhi stood up and wore his robe over his nightdress
"Motherfuckers!!! They dare to put their hands on my money!!!!" Hao Jiazhi said in an angry tone as he ran straight towards his property with his 2 bodyguards (Xiao Cai and Wang Liang)
Nighttime in the city capital city (Huangyi) of province Jinmen-
"Ahhh… my shop!!!"
"help!!!"
"Hey, you!!!"
It's a total mess right now as officers are moving here and there trying to capture criminals who are creating havoc and on the other hand, people are just crying as they try to put fires off on their shop
Among them is a man, in a white hanfu dress which has silver lines/embroidery in it, who has few guards by his side, and with his guards, he is trying to calm things down in the area
He is Lu Long, 2nd prince of Kingdom Dongping
He is here to explore the city in a disguise but it's no more useful as he had already told the officers around the place while helping them
Lu Long tried to calm things down as he captures one after another criminal.
As he was capturing criminals, he saw someone putting fire to a tavern (off-course it's a criminal)
"Hey, you! STOP!!!" Lu Long shouted to that man and tried to stop him as he ran straight towards him but he stops as he hears someone's voice
"MOTHERFUCKER!!!! I AM GOING TO KILL YOU!!!!" Hao Jiazhi shouts as he looks at the man who had put fire to his tavern
He is on his foot
He is so angry right now that even Lu Long gets scared a little bit
The criminal gives a wild smile to Hao Jiazhi as he takes the fire stick in his hand and launches himself at Hao Jiazhi
Hao Jiazhi evades his attack and takes his sword out
*splash*
And cuts the head of the criminal off from his body
Soon, many more criminals get into the scene and try to attack Hao Jiazhi but from the other side, his 2 bodyguards also came into the scene
Hao Jiazhi looks at the burning tavern; sorry, it was not the tavern that is burning right now… it is his money
His anger is now uncontrollable
"AAAAAAA" Hao Jiazhi shouts in anger and then grabs a criminal that was captured by his guards and threw him into the fire
One after another, he grabs the criminal around the place and threw them all into the fire, after all, whats burned is burned
He can't get it back but at least he could calm his anger this way
"AAAAHHH!!!"
"HELP!!!"
People burning in fire screamed for help and tried dot get out but Hao Jiazhi pushed them in again and also brought oil to make sure no one gets out alive
"DON'T TOUCH MY STUFF!!!!!" Hao Jiazhi screams as he throws oil on them (criminals)
On the other side, Lu Long is petrified on his spot as he looks at the scene
The man in front of him was just a ruthless animal that would surely eat him if he gets in front of him
