Chairman Yu arrived as he left his vehicle and rushed to the scene after Hyun-bin cast the light magic spell. The big city of Seoul had been destroyed, razed to the ground, and scattered building debris. Fortunately, the battle between the two powerful creatures did not destroy the entire Seoul area. However, the casualties from civilians and hunters would likely number in the thousands to tens of thousands.

Of course, that figure was still far from the number of fatalities at the First Year Portal Gate. However, if the scale was downsized to just one city, the number was almost similar.
