Capítulo 145: Tension mounts

Dan is seen shirtless practicing his sword play as he swings his blade back and forth in a coordinated manner, each swing seemed to be light but carried a lot of force as it moved through the air.

He rushes towards a tree and slashes it with nothing happening at first but then a slit appears on the bark of the tree where he had cut after which it falls to the ground with a thud.

Dan let's out a sigh as he stands upright trying to calm his breathing which seemed to be occurring at a rapid rate with his chest heaving in rapid succession.

He cleans a little perspiration from his forehead and is about to move forward when a familiar feminine voice calls out to him.

"Wow. Are you planning on taking a career in lumbering or something. You seem to be really good at it."

Dan let's out a sigh as he turned to see Ilara, Sai and Okoye standing a few meters away from him.

"Hmm, Really hoped it wasn't you guys. What are you guys doing here??"
