Capítulo 106: The masked man

"I should be surprised that you caught up to me but then again you are a variant and a good one at that."

The man remarks in a burly voice as he stood not so far from Tara sizing her up.

"Who are you and what exactly are you planning for the exams??"

Tara asks as she strained her eyes to see the face of the man she was speaking with but as he walked forward she realizes that he wore a mask covering the entirety of his face.

"Who am I??... A man with a bone to pick with variants."

The man replied still walking towards Tara.

"And for what I'm planning??.... Well wouldn't you like to find out."

The man immediately rushes towards Tara with intent putting Tara on the defensive as she put her hands up ready for a fight.

The man throws a punch which Tara parries with difficulty as the force pushes her back a bit.

"He's strong, I should be wary of his blows."

Tara mutters to herself as she steadies for a second attack.
