Capítulo 67: Crow's return III
"Crow!!"
Ilara calls out to Crow with the latter turning round to give her an audience.
"Let him go now."
Crow let's go of Dan's hair and begins to walk towards Ilara with Ilara immediately taking a fighting stance, this doesn't help much as one minute Crow is in front of her and the next he is in front of her and takes a hold of her neck, lifting off the ground with Ilara struggling to get free.
"Worthless piece of trash, how dare you call my name with such insolence, did you really think you had a chance against me??... Don't kid yourself."
Crow says as he tightens his grip on Ilara's throat to prevent her from screaming, Sai is struggling to get to his feet with Dan attempting to do so as well.
"You wanna know one of the perks of dating a Weaponmaster."
Ilara asks with some difficulty.
"Why would I want to know that??"
Crow asks as he tightens his grip even further with intent of breaking Ilara's neck.
"Well you should cause one of the perks is that you get to pick a few martial art tricks along the way."
Ilara responds as she then proceeds to swing her leg and make contact with Crow's torso which disorient the latter with Crow letting go of Ilara's neck after which the female rushes towards Crow and does a scissor spin sending Crow tumbling to the ground with Ilara heaving from the earliest attempt by Crow to kill her.
"Every single one of you just seems to be intent on pricking me even more than you already have."
Crow bellows from the ground as he then begins to levitate upwards into the air as he then turned to a standing position. Dan, Sai and Ilara are left in awe as they see Crow take to the sky and finally coming to a stop as he reached a considerably high distance from the ground.
"Ilara are you OK??"
Sai asks as he manages to get to his feet and reach Ilara.
"yeah I'm fine, but are you OK??.. You look a mess."
Ilara says as she placed her hand On Sai's cheek.
"Just a few broken ribs, I'll live."
Sai replies as Ilara helps him to his feet, Dan walks up to meet with them with his right hand on his left shoulder.
"That bastard broke my shoulder now my left hand is totally useless, if he comes back down I don't know how I'll be able to fight with such a handicap. Why the hell am I thinking about protecting those two, my life is at stake here as well, darn it what do I do now."
Dan thinks to himself with several other thoughts going through his mind as he came to stand beside Sai and Ilara, Crow looks down on all three individuals and so many thoughts ran through his mind as his desire to destroy them grew even further.
Capítulo 68: Crow's return IV ( Apocalyptic Attraction)
"Why won't you just accept your fates and die by my hands, why try to deny the inevitable when there is no hope of actually pulling it off."
"Cause we weren't made to give up so easily no matter how hopeless the situation is, especially in this situation where our lives are at stake so you can say that we are just trying to survive this not out of a convoluted ideology of never giving up but out of a desire to live on and fulfill our deepest desires."
Sai replies as he tries to stand on his own but is unable to.
"Tch, whatever the reason for trying to fight back against me, it was fun while it lasted but this is the end of the line."
Crow puts his palms together and let's out a deep sigh, the trio readies themselves for Crow's attack but what happens next is quite unexpected as the earth beneath them grins to quake in quite a violent manner with cracks beginning to show.
"What is this??"
Ilara struggles to stable herself as well as Sai with the violent quaking making it difficult to stay still.
"Shūmatsu-ron-tekina-miryoku ( Apocalyptic Attraction)."
Crow says in a deep voice as he opens his palms and the earth below begins to crack open and ascend to form into a large spherical meteor with a size of eighty four square feet floating just above Crow.
"What the hell is this??"
Dan stares in awe at the meteor with Ilara and Sai wide eyed.
"Let me see you counter this."
Crow remarks proudly as he let's the meteor loose and it begins to free fall to the ground with the team at the middle of its impact range.
"Die."
Sai and Ilara are completely frozen as they are rendered helpless and speechless by the incoming meteor.
"Get down."
Dan yells as he pushes Sai and Ilara to the ground before then slamming his right hand into the earth.
"Saru no tsue ga ōkiku – natta ( Monkey staff enlarged)."
A large staff appears from underneath the earth and shoots towards the incoming meteor making contact at a few hundred meters from the ground and piercing through its middle and expanding even further, immediately shattering the meteor in a loud explosion with its remains falling all around the trio cashing more damage to the surrounding area, Sai and Ilara look up to see the pole standing straight facing Crow whom just looked on unfazed at what Dan had done.
"Dan, are you OK??"
Ilara asks with Dan heaving heavily.
"Yeah, of course..."
Dan trails off as he falls to the ground unconscious from the immense strain the summoned pole had put on him, the enlarged staff begins to dissipate with Sai and Ilara trying to get Dan conscious again.
