Capítulo 7: SIDE STORY (1) - KAY'S HOSPITALITY
Poke...poke.....poke.....
In the room where Kay sleeps, Belfast can be seen poking Kay's cheek in an excuse to wake him up. He stays up late to catch the spies who have breached their base. Because he's still sleeping, Belfast is taking this opportunity to touch him.
Poke....poke.....poke....
Despite a few tries, Kay is still asleep, and soon there is no sign of him waking up. Belfast is also attempting to use a particular strategy to wake him up as an excuse to touch him.
"What are you doing, Belfast?" Kay asked. For several times, he felt someone touching his cheek, which made him wake up.
"Nothing, Master," said Belfast. "I just want to wake you up from sleep. It is pretty late right now, so it is better for Master to wake up".
Kay looks at his watches, then. It's 10 o'clock in the morning. He suddenly gets up from his bed when he sees it and takes his towel. He's heading straight to the bathroom.
Belfast looks at his master, panicking after learning that he's already late. She stays quiet, waiting for the master to get prepared.
"Belfast!" Kay said. "Wait outside, please. I will come meet after I finished set up myself".
"As your wish, Master", Belfast responded.

Kay wears his usual clothes after taking a bath. He takes off his coat, lifts his hood, and looks at the mirror. Looking cool, as always, as the hood covers his back.
"Okay, look good for me," Kay said. " Now, time to meet Belfast."
He feels something peculiar as he tries to open the door. Something heading in the towards Azur Lane. It's a little different, are they allies or enemies?
Kay doesn't waste his time any longer because it's too dangerous to leave it alone. From his room, he opens the window and jumps. It's the third floor, but it's not a problem for Kay. Then he runs as fast as he might towards a place he feels very abnormal.
However when he gets there, there's nothing out of the ordinary. It seems natural to him from naked eyes, but his mind thinks otherwise.
"There's something extraordinary here, particularly the sea," Kay said. "Yet, I don't see anything here, but I could feel it, something coming here."
Kay is looking around, trying to find the source of the problem. Only to see some of the girls watching him.
"Hey Commander!" asked Cleveland. "What are you doing?" "You 're going to take a walk?
Kay looks at Cleveland when she asks the question, she's not alone. Apparently, she's with Montpelier, Denver and Columbia right now. Well, they 're sisters, so they're always going to be together.
"This is the commander you 're talking about, Aniki," asked Montpelier. "Nothing impressive, but if Aniki says he's a good man, I'll always accept that."
Kay lifts his hood as he looks at the girls.
"I'm just looking out at the base," Kay responded to Cleveland's question. "My name is Kay, I'm just an outsider."
"Outsider?" Columbia asked. "Are you not our commander? Wales has already spoken to us about you, Commander."
"Alright, the commander has his own circumstance," Cleveland said. "Wales doesn't want to be rude to you, so that's why she called you that."
"And we want to call you the commander, too," Denver said. "Isn't that not a problem right, commander?"
"You can call whatever you want," Kay said. "I don't care anymore."
All the girls chuckled and smiled after hearing Kay 's attitudes . Then Cleveland is trying to introduce her sisters to Kay.
"By the way, I still don't introduce my proud sister to you, commander" Cleveland said. "As you can see, this is Montpelier, Denver and Columbia," said Cleveland, showing her sisters. "They are my proud sisters in the Cleveland class.
"But our Cleveland is still number one," Montpelier said. "Remember that, Commander."
Cleveland is surprised to hear that and get embarrassed about it. Then, they 're all laughing and smiling together.
"Oh, it's nice to meet.....,"
Suddenly, Kay stops talking to them and becomes quiet. Cleveland, Montpelier, Denver and Columbia have become confused.
"Commander, are you all right?" asked Cleveland.
Kay is not answering her question. He feels something odd coming to the Azur Lane. He relieves a deep breath. He 's calm.
"This isn't allies, it's definitely enemies," Kay said. "But where is they hiding?". Kay looks at the sea. There are no place for them to hide, yet he can see them.
He raised his hand, he activated his power. Lighting circles around his hand and triggering his skills. A light beam goes straight to the sea. Girls get confused because there's nothing spectacular about the sea.
Nonetheless, something was struck by the light.
Zappp... ...
....
Booomm.....
The enormous force can be seen in the sea. The light beam disables the power that already there. It is hiding from them. That is the reason Kay feels something wrong here.
"Now, it makes sense for me to feel something wrong here," Kay said. "They've been hiding all along, so what's that?"
Kay is trying to look, but nothing happens until he sees something coming out of that power.
"Teleportation!" Kay said.

Belfast is waiting for Kay to meet her. However, she's been waiting too long for Kay to come. She 's going to Kay 's room. At first she was expecting Kay to go back to sleep, but she didn't see anything.
"Master, where are you?" said Belfast.
She's trying to look around, but her effort is futile. Suddenly, she's looking at the window that already open. She's walking to the window and feels worried.
"The window is open. Is he trying to get out from the window?" said Belfast. "But why? There's no need for him to do so unless something happens."
Belfast is really concerned about Kay.
"Where are you, Master?" said Belfast.
Zappp......

Booomm .........
Suddenly, in the sea, she saw something out of ordinary. She's running as fast as she can, alerting Wales and others.
"Madam Wales! Enemies coming in," Belfast said.
"Huh! How's that possible?" asked Wales.
"I don't know, madam," Belfast responded. "I saw a lightning strike the sea, and then the sirens came out."
"It's the commander's doings," Illustrious said. She's with Wales and Hood when Belfast begins to warn them.
"Master probably feels something wrong. That's why he's left in a hurry," Belfast said.
"What are we going to do?" asked Hood. " We should go to help him, he can't do it on his own."
"We 're meant to help him," Wales said. "I've had more questions about his actions last night. Now, he's trying to bring more trouble. Give me a break."
"That is my Master to you," said Belfast.
"That is our commander. He knows what to do, "said Illustrious." We will trust him for the sake of Azur Lane".
"I know, I know," Wales said. "Order our fleet to be ready. We must destroy the sirens."
Immediately, a massive explosion can be heard outside the base. Belfast, Hood, Illustrious and Wales are looking at the window. They 're very shocked.
"The sirens.........," Wales said.
"Are gone.........," Hood said.
The sirens ship that unexpectedly came here is gone. They were all destroyed.

"Sirens," screamed Cleveland. "Commander, what are we supposed to do? There are wounded girls in the hospital."
Kay is trying to evaluate the situation. After a few seconds of thought, he sets out a strategy. He looks at Cleveland and says something about it.
"There are just sirens. I can't see any shipgirls of the Sakura Empire," Kay said. "But that's not the main problem, they have the ability to teleport."
He closed his eyes. He's going to think about teleportation abilities later. It's easier for him to destroy the sirens before they start attacking the base.
"Leave this to me," Kay said. "Stay here and protect the base."
"Still Commander!," Cleveland said. She thinks Kay is to reckless with his decision.
"Just stay here!," Kay shouted.
Cleveland is becoming silent. She doesn't expect Kay to get mad at her. She appears to be upset, and her sisters are trying to console her.
Kay patted her head, then. Cleveland looks at him, watching Kay smile at her.
"You 're just working too hard to protect the Azur Lane," Kay said. "Maybe I cannot see it, but I can feel it. Your challenges, your struggles. Now, it's my turn to protect you."
Kay is walking away from them. He 's trying to unleash his attacks. Immediately something was missing. Those are his watches. Perhaps he left his watches in his room.
"This is a problem," Kay said. "I can still unleash my power, but it's too dangerous if I suddenly lose control of it."
Kay looks at his surroundings, trying to locate a weapon to serve as a medium.
"Commander, I'm here to help you!!!!"
He could hear someone shouting at him. He saw Javelin, Laffey, and Unicorn, heading straight to him. They all look tired because they're running to find him.
"Unicorn is really sorry, Onii-chan," Unicorn said. "Unicorn can't find onii-chan that fast."
"We 're so sorry," Javelin said. "But don't worry because we're here, Commander."
"And Laffey! Please stops sleeping," Javelin said.
Kay is looking at them. There was something he saw that ended up pickinghis interest. A spear that Javelin used as her weapon.
After seeing that spear, he immediately took advantage of this opportunity to make the spear come to him.
"My spear! Where are you going?" Javelin said.
"Javelin! I'm going to borrow your spear for a moment," Kay shouted.
Kay activates his power, a massive lightning surrounds him.
Control yourself, idiot.
That strength isn't yours.
Used to defend your own people.
Releasing the light.
Kay is making an offensive posture, ready to throw a spear full of lightning power. After the target has been set, he 's ready now.
"Checkmate," Kay said. "Go back and never come back."
Zapp,,,,
Klang. ....Klang.
The spear stabbed one of the sirens, and then exploded alongside the others.
Boommmmm........
All the sirens were destroyed and the spear returned to Kay. The spear is in perfect condition as nothing happens.Then, he returns back the spear to Javelin.
"Thank you, Javelin", said Kay. "Your timing is really helps me.
"I don't understand what's happening right now but I'm very glad to help you commander," Javelin said.
Kay patted the head of Javelin. She looks so happy. Then he pats Unicorn and Laffey, too, as a sign of good work.
"There's something I need to change here now," Kay said. "It's going to be a problem later, so it's best for me to ask Wales about that ...."
Before he finished speaking, he saw Wales, Hood, Belfast and Illustrious. Some of them are very frustrated and angry with Kay. Kay is trying to run away, but Belfast has already caught his arms, leaving him no choice but to stay.
"Commander! We need to talk," Wales said.
"Master, it's not nice to leave a girl waiting, for a man" Belfast said.
"Well, I 'm sorry about that," Kay said. However, these girls really do not forgive him that easily.
