Capítulo 40: Disharmony Among Friends.

Kwan arrived at the hospital in which Alice was admitted but he was not allowed to see her, not until she was checked out by the doctors. He sat in the waiting room. Anxiously, he awaited news of her current health status. Spending the night there, time seemed to go faster than usual as the sun rose in the faraway horizon and Kwan was woken up by a doctor, as she proceeded to update him on the condition of Alice.

"She was a bit shaken up but she will be okay. The injuries were not life-threatening." The Doctor said, with a soothing voice and the effect did well to release the tension that had built up within Kwan.

"That is a relief, can I see her?" Kwan quickly asked the doctor, hopeful for a positive response and he was glad when he got a nod of approval from the doctor who directed him to the room.
