Chapter 240: Revenge?

"You said…Two thousand?" Haru asked. He couldn't believe it. He didn't expect the demon clan to send many people if it was just a small unknown planet like earth. Even one or two of their stronger cultivators would be able to slaughter everyone there. Just like the demon Lao killed.

Two thousand cultivators seemed a little overkill for the job but as he thought about it more he thought that it would probably be better if there were two thousand cultivators. It would be harder to organise them for the fight.

But if it came down to an all-out battle then numbers would help a lot even if the enemy was a lot stronger than most of the people that would be fighting. 

"Yes, I have two thousand cultivators within my sect. Although not all of them are suited for fighting. My sect focuses on arrays more than combat so they will be a great help in protecting the area.
