Capítulo 53: Jace’s Confession

Miracle's POV

I was already lying in my bed, but I still couldn't sleep; I am thinking about Jace's song. I hate to admit, but I can feel that he was communicating with me. I felt my phone vibrated on my nightstand. I can't breathe when I saw I have iMessage from Jace.

"Are you asleep?" He asked, I am so excited, yet I am still afraid if I respond I will get hurt again and I can tell he is still typing. My urge to respond is too strong, even though I want him to understand that I am no longer the Miracle he used to recognize. I perceive I am only fooling myself, for I am nevertheless the Miracle who is so crazy about him. I think he is typing and keeps deleting his words since I can see it on my screen.

"Miracle, I know you are angry with me and I can't blame you, I have been a jerk and a coward and you may be mad at me, but I need to apologize, I don't want to hurt you at all." He said in his text messages and I get up in my bed and I reread his messages.
