"Interesting, the creation process is split into four steps, Define the divinity's core, Infusion of Celestial Energy and Will, Channeling and Merging of Laws/elements, and lastly, Finalization and Sealing with Intent." Felix raised an eyebrow in surprise, "It sure takes a great deal of effort to create them."
