Leilani sighed, "I know, I know. Come on. Off to the gathering we go."

She let Timaeus pull open the car door for her and walked into it. Lexine followed behind her, and the male was last to enter. Leilani turned to the maid who was standing out of the car. "Tell the others that there will be two more cars coming to get them in half an hour. For an official announcement, the whole family must be present."

The maid did not say much, but she bowed her head slightly, "Understood."

Lexine sat silently, watching the scenery pass by. The house that they were in was quite large. From the outside, it seemed even bigger than the house that Ceeret and her family lived in.

The only difference was that the house was painted with different shades of yellow and brown while the house that Ceeret lived in was different shades of white and gray.
