"Answers?" Rafael stared at me, a visible look of confusion was clearly seen on his face.

'Surprising isn't it?" I said, responding to his question with a question too.

"It is, but, why would you need answers from Marcus Zephanie's secretary?" 

With our hands no longer intertwined, I fancied myself to walk over to one of Stella's paintings hanging on the wall, hardly seeing the design, my thoughts swarmed by something else.

"I met her earlier," I admitted.

"You did? Where?"

"In the bathroom," 

"How did you know that it was her?"

I turned to face Rafael once again.

"Hunch," I stated.

"Wow," there was a pause as he ran a hand through his hair once again.

I know what he must be feeling right now. It was too overwhelming. I was right to assume that when the time comes, he might still not be ready to hear the secrets I desperately wish to keep.

"When I was describing her, you merely guessed?" I nod.
