Capítulo 7: Blade
Percy' Wait a minute. That clothing, fighting vampires, and that line. Where have I heard it before? Oh SHIT. Isn't this?'
I accidentally speak his name out loud.
Percy" Blade?"
Blade" Oh? Do you know of me? My reputation precedes me."
Percy" Of course I know you. Legendary Vampire Hunter Erik Brooks a.k.a Blade."
Blade" Now you know my name, mind telling me yours?"
Percy" Yeah. My name is Percy Jackson. Actually Blade, I have a selfish request."
Blade" Seeing as you helped me take the vampires down. Sure, as long as I can do it."
I smile.
Percy" Well... You see, I got this sword recently."
I turn my ring into the sword.
Percy" Now, I have some skill in sword fighting, but I want to further my skills. My request was that Will you teach me?"
I look at him expectantly. He goes quiet, thinking and then speaks.
Blade" Sure, but you will have to help me deal with vampires."
Percy" Great. How long will you teach me?"
Blade" If your any good it will take a year or two. Are you okay with that?"
Percy" Absolutely. Just let go to my Master to report about the mission."
He nods. I open a portal to Kamar-Taj and go to meet the AO.
Percy" Master, I have completed the mission. There were three vampires."
AO" Good. Anything else"
Percy" Yes, I met a Vampire Hunter known as Blade. I requested him to teach me sword fighting. SO I am here to get your permission."
AO" Ah Yes, Mr.Blade, a Dhampir whose mother was killed by a vampire, and then he turned towards vampire hunting. As for permission, yes you can go."
Percy" Thank You, Master."
I go outside and open a portal back to the cave. I step through the portal. Blade is sitting on top of a rock, meditating. He slowly opens his eyes.
Blade" Ready to go?"
Percy" Yes. Please tell me where we are going to go so that I can open a portal."
Blade" No need. You will run there. With me."
Blade gets up and goes outside. A little away from the cave, there is a motorcycle parked in a clearing.
He sits on the motorcycle, starts it.
Blade" Keep up, kid."
I sigh and start running alongside his bike.
Blade me run all the way to California.
Blade" Damn. You have monstrous stamina. Come, let's go in."
He takes me to an abandoned warehouse in the middle of nowhere. We enter the warehouse. He does to the corner where a bunch of junk is cluttered. He moves a trash can and voila there is a trapdoor. We go down the trapdoor. After I climb down the ladder and turn around I see a few people sitting here and there. One person is sitting in front of a computer doing... something.
A woman is shadow boxing, a man wearing goggles is welding something and a man that looks crazy is working on a... body? I go towards the crazy man. Yep, he is working on a body. He appears to be trying to perform an operation?
Percy" Hey, you aren't supposed to do it like that. Let me show you."
He looks at from top to bottom and turns towards Blade.
Crazy" Who is this runt."
Blade shrugs.
Percy" This runt is the one the world's best doctor."
He looks at me with a deadpanned expression.
Crazy" You know what kid? Go nuts."
He hands me the tool, and I perform the surgery with extreme precision.
Percy" There. Now, wanna tell me why you are doing surgery on a dead body?"
Crazy" For fun?"
Percy" Whatever"
I go back to Blade.
Blade" Everybody, this is Percy. He is a magician..."
Percy" Master of Mystics Arts."
Blade" Right. Master of Mystic Arts. He helped me deal with some and vampire."
Woman" But what is he doing here?"
Blade" I was getting there. He wants me to teach him swordsmanship."
Woman" This kid wants to learn swordsmanship from you? Has this kid even seen a sword? How old is he any..."
When she insulted me, I somehow lost it. I changed my ring to sword form and immediately flashed behind her with my sword at her neck."
Percy" I am nine."
EVerybody is flabbergasted. The woman who was speaking shut up and fell on her knees. I was unconsciously using Conquerors haki.
When I came back to my senses, I immediately stopped using Conquerors haki and moved back to my position.
Percy" I'm sorry. I lost it."
Blade" It's okay."
He goes and helps the woman up. She is still shaking.
Blade" Let's continue our introduction. Percy, this is Vanessa. That guy on the computer is Quinn, and the guy you just met is dragonnetti, but we call him crazy. And that guy welding is Abraham"
I nod toward Quinn, Abraham and crazy. I turn towards Vanessa
Percy" I am sorry Vanessa. Are we good?"
Vanessa nods slowly. I turn towards Blade.
Percy" So when are we starting training?"
Blade" Right now. Go grab a sword from that pile."
I go and pick a sword which feels natural in my hand.
Blade" Come. Don't use any of your powers and only use your fighting skills."
Percy" Okay."
I turn off my passive observation haki, and bring my strength and speed down to match Blade.
I take a simple stance with the sword in front of me with both of my hands on the sword. Blade stands in front of me with his sword.
We both nod and I make the first move. Both of our sword clash. Both of us are at a standstill, neither of us moving, but Blade comes out on top due to his superior skill. He turns his blade and my sword moves forward, Blade moves his body slightly to get out of the direction of my sword and swings at my neck.
I don't panic. I think calmly, and then I...

LectorBhai Sorry I didn't upload yesterday. I was tired and not in the mood.
I'll release another chapter later. If I have the time and I am in the mood I might even release a third chapter but don't keep your hopes up.
