"One last question," Lancelot spoke before the Giant Spiders continued to guide them. "Our priority is to kill the queen, or just to stun her enough to take her out of combat?"

"Well, I think it is better if we can neutralize her," Vanilla responded. "But don't hesitate either if we are forced to slay her. She is killing her own, so I don't think we've got too much of a shot."

"Wait. I am starting to smell the queen," Rowie said. More Giant Spider crawled from one tunnel to another. "But there are more scents," He sniffed harder the air. "Spider blood, and... Egg sacs, the Red Silk."

"So you were right, Vanilla," Lancelot said. "The queen is infected. I just hope we don't get infected by that parasite too."

Hmmm. She had not thought about that before. Better if once returning home she took a long bath.
