Divine Theocrazy Earth is located in the Chaos Primordial Realm, where time dilation is abnormal. One day in the other realm's time can be 100 years or 1 second in the Divine Theocrazy Earth. Therefore, the character's ages may vary.

Secondly, yes, Mao Miaomiao is Miao Xiaomao's father. Miao Xiaomao was once "Mao Xiaomiao" who was the Oni son of Mao Miaomiao and Wei Yuan. Mao Xiaomiao died during the war at the Dark Forbidden Zone and Eden Garden. Mu-Nyang took his karmic soul and sent "Mao Xiaomiao" to reincarnate as Miao Xiaomao.

Thirdly, regarding the timeline of this new event, Xiaomao and Mu-Nyang have a deep relationship way back to the past before the Primordial Chaos Realm becomes a realm of cultivators and Pangu's men. Mu-Nyang was originally a cat while Xiaomao was an old man, who raised Mu-Nyang since young. Next, Xiaomao died and was reincarnated as a human.
