 After Ji Yuan had met up with Grand Matriarch Xi Jingping, he had indeed run off to see Yu Jingjing.

Yu Jingjing was mediating for her cultivation insights when Ji Yuan had suddenly entered into her cave. This startled her.

"Ji Yuan, why are you here?"

Ji Yuan looked a little guilty when she saw that Yu Jingjing had been cultivating hard. 

But he quickly grinned, "Don't worry. Your grand matriarch seems to have given us her blessings."

Yu Jingjing was startled, "Really? When?"

Ji Yuan laughed, "Just now."

Yu Jingjing looked truly startled, "You have seen my grand matriarch earlier?"
