World Setting
The story takes place in the Desolate Celestial Fraternity of the Celestial Realm, the middle realm of the Three Known Realms where the cultivators are descendants of the Ascended Celestials from the Lower Realm.
In the Desolate Celestial Fraternity, beards are the real pride of the cultivators. To lose it, mean unthinkable loss of face and respect. This is in this setting that the story starts.

Character Synopsis
For this MC, I'm going to use a non cliché troupe and goes for a quirky and funny MC. For this, he will have many quirky and even wacky personality. He is more a rogue like Hans Solo, rather than a true hero or anti-hero. However, he still has his martial code due to the fact that he is also a Sword Saint. He is a sword cultivator, good with the sword.
He will spot a beautiful beard and pride on his beard. But unfortunately, he will lose his beard at the very start and will blame his misfortune because of the loss of his beard (which isn't true).
He tends to view most beautiful maidens as only a beautiful vases (which isn't true either).
At the very start of the first chapter, he has a breakthrough to the Seventh Realm Level and quickly exited his seclusion because he has a mission to accomplish.
The story will be a mystery story as the readers follow him to investigate the events of his past and follow him as he regains back his profound strength to his former peak. It is because after his breakthrough, his soul sea is voided of vital strength.
The good news is, he doesn't need to cultivate hard for any further breakthrough and he just needs to regain his profound strength if he had the time to cultivate.
The problem is, time may be running out for him.
