Capítulo 87: Christmas Eve

Marco laid on the sofa that evening, dozing off an hour after dinner. He was tired from his day at work. Both in his day job and part-time at Jackson Detectives. Cases didn't care if it was the holidays, after all, oddly enough adultery cases increase during the Christmas season. 

He woke from his nap with the sound of Lisa's voice calling him, her tone was urgent and it sent him to alert mode immediately. He ran towards the source, to the kitchen. And he scanned his wife, checking if she was in any sort of danger.

Seeing that she was unscathed, he relaxed a little. Till it registered on him that she was on the phone, and the expression on her face he knew something bad had happened.

"What is it?" He subconsciously clenched his jaw.
