The next morning, Blake returned to his house with a slightly different plan. Instead of creating a chimney, Blake decided to go for a modern design.
The room and the roof truss would be imbued with cooling arrays that would cool the hot gases from the forging room and expel them through the flat vents he would make at the top and sides of the building.
Blake first started by carving out the holes for the vents before creating the ventilation channels.
Once the ventilation channels were complete Blake began inscribing arrays on them. Apart from the cooling arrays, Blake also adds detection and traps to prevent anything both small and big from getting in.
With the vent completed, Blake continued reinforcing the forging with arrays before installing the furnace, forge, array circle and other forging equipment.
This took him almost 6 hours of nonstop work and after that, he went straight to installing the power source.
