Capítulo 137: Disappointed

Weren't police given their jobs so that the innocent people wouldn't suffer? Isn't that their primary job? There may be a few corrupt officers. After all there are no places without any corruption.

But here, not just a few but everyone were the same. No one had ever thought about the justice for an innocent weak girl. Instead they were gloating at her.

Isn't this the first time they had seen her? It is okay to bend themselves for the rich but why were they gloating at her experience? Gloating at the misfortune that befell on a little girl whom they had never met before.

Are these people sadists? Are the people in this city being handed over to a bunch of sadists to take care of?

She felt disappointed. Utterly disappointed. Her lips curled downwards looking at this situation. She suddenly wondered if this was the case in just this city or if it was the same around the country.
