Capítulo 23: Share the loot

"Sis Xiao."

As soon as Shao Rong reached the filming site, she searched through the crowd and made her way towards Sis Xiao and addressed her brightly.

"Rong Rong," looking at her dear little sister, a smile crept up Sis Xiao and greeted her warmly, "Bingwen said that you went shopping. Did you buy a lot? If you want, just ask Bingwen and take more money from him if it was not enough."

Her sweet words made Shao Rong's smile more brighter and warmer. How could a stranger who met her just a mere two days back speak to her so warmly.

Such innocence in this cold-blooded society is definitely a treasure worth obtaining even facing death.

This made Shao Rong understand why Sun Bingwen would go through everything, even lying to them, in order to be friends with them. They are definitely worth it.

"Sis Xiao, Bro Wen gave me his card today morning when I told him that I want to go shopping." Shao Rong smiled cheekily as if she cheated Sun Bingwen into giving her a lot of money.

That smile made Sis Xiao more amused as she chuckled and whispered in her ear, "He had so many cards. So, next time try to get a few more and buy a lot more." She then giggled at her own words which were accompanied by Shao Rong's soft giggles.

This Sis Xiao is really a very good sister. Shao Rong felt as if she found her elder sister in this younger sister, after all in reality she would be older than Sis Xiao.

She then nodded enthusiastically at Sis Xiao's words and whispered back, "Sure Sis Xiao. And then we can both go shopping and buy loads using his cards." As she spoke she stuck her tongue out playfully.

"Done."

As the both women continued laughing Bro Wang came to them, "What are you guys laughing about?"

"We were plotting to rob you guys of your cards and go shopping and have fun," Sis Xiao replied with a cheeky smile.

"Isn't that what you always do? Do you need to plan ahead to find new tricks anymore?" Bro Wang spoke shaking his head helplessly.

"Sharing the loot is fun once in a while you know?" she replied raising an eyebrow which made the other two speechless for a while.

Who among them actually cares for that little money. She actually used the term 'loot' to describe the money they gave her 'willingly' as if she was really the person who stole that money.

Shao Rong was amused at her cute antics while Bro Wang was sighing and shaking his head with helplessness once again.

Though he is already used to her antics, he is still unable to digest a few of her words even after so many years.

"Okay Milady. Please come and rob us all you want and share your loot with whoever you want." He bowed his head and spoke with utter respect and then slowly mumbled to himself in a low voice, "Just rob and leave me, this idiot, alone."

His words were not heard by Sis Xiao but Shao Rong heard them with her sharp ears and chuckled lowly.

"Sis Xiao, how long will the filming take?" Shao Rong asked, changing the topic of their 'loot'.

"Oh, once the female lead arrives, it will be completed in an hour or two. The scene is small after all."

"She did not come yet?" Shao Rong asked with curiosity.

"Well, not yet. In fact everyone is waiting for her arrival but she is still not here and her manager said that they were struck in traffic." Bro Wang replied instead of Sis Xiao.

"Who on earth believes their excuses. Hmph." Sis Xiao snorted.

"Okay. Don't talk loudly. We don't want any mess created for Bingwen here." Bro Wang warned Sis Xiao looking at their surroundings to confirm no one heard their words.

They moved to Bingwen's room where he just changed his costume and did his make-up as Bro Wang was worried that Sis Xiao would say more about the female lead and there may be chaos later.

"Relax Ah Wang. Who here likes that bitch Changying? She puts on airs wherever she goes and tries to rule over everyone thinking herself as a royalty. I say, if someone hears me talking about her, instead of the fights that you were expecting, there would be people coming over to join us in scolding her." Sis Xiao spoke bluntly while Bro Wang ignored her like usual.

Sun Bingwen didn't even ask about what happened, looked like he was already used to her bluntness and weird logics, and continued reading his script.

Thus everyone ignored her words and the room turned silent. That is when there was a knock on the door and a head entered the room saying, "Bingwen, Changying just arrived and she started her makeup. Get ready within ten minutes." After speaking he left and Bingwen once again looked at his script.
